Hallo liebe alle,
ich vermiete das dritte Zimmer in meiner Wohnung. Es geht nach Süden raus, hat einen eigenen Zugang zum Balkon und noch ein großes Fenster. (keine Sorge, man muss nicht durch Dein Zimmer zum Balkon - da kommt man auch durch die Küche drauf :)) Also alles sehr hell. Es ist frisch weiß gestrichen und hat einen hellen Holzlaminatboden. Ich bin selbst vor einem Jahr eingezogen und könnte das Zimmer auch möblieren. Die Wohnung hat daneben noch das Zimmer meiner Mitbewohnerin, mein Zimmer und eine recht große Küche mit Tisch usw. Der Balkon ist schön groß (8qm) und bald wird er auch wieder grün ;) Auch das Bad ist geräumig mit Badewanne und allem was man von so einem Bad erwartet... :)

I'm subletting a sunny room in my appartment. The room has a big window and a door to the balcony. The room can be furnished - just as you like, since the furniture is still in the basement. The bathroom is also quite big and has a bathtub.
Die unmittelbare Umgebung ist ruhig und sicher. Es finden sich Supermärkte in der Nähe. Man ist in 3 Minuten an der U Bahn Station Scharnweberstr und von dort in 15 min an der Friedrichstraße oder in 25 min am Tempelhofer Feld. Aber auch nach Tegel an den See ist es nicht weit - man ist in 15 min da und kann schön am See spazieren.

The appartment is located in a quiet neighbourhood. The subway station Scharnweberstr is just 3 min away and the U6 takes you to Friedrichstraße in just 15 min. There are supermarkets close by so you’ll have everything you need in reach - just ask me for further info.
I share the apartment with Anja, who is doing a master im economics.
