Hallo liebe Leute,
Ich werde Anfang Oktober leider erstmal unsere schöne WG verlassen und suche daher für mein 24 qm großes möbliertes Zimmer eine*n Zwischenmieter*in bis Ende Januar 2022. Da ich aber noch gar nicht weiß wie meine Zukunftspläne für 2022 sind, besteht eventuell (wenn von allen Seiten gewollt) die Möglichkeit, das Zimmer ab Februar 2022 unmöbliert und langfristig zu übernehmen.
In der WG gibt es eine Küche, in der wir oft gemeinsam sitzen und quatschen und essen, zwei Badezimmer, einen laaaaangen Flur und ein großes, helles Wohnzimmer.
Der genannte Preis (420 €) bezieht sich auf einen Monat Gesamtkosten (alles zusammen, mit Strom, Gas, Internet, etc.).

With a sad heart, I will temporarily leave our lovely flat in the beginning of October and am looking to sub-rent my 24 qm furnished room until end of January 2022. However, since my plans for next year are still very unclear, there might also be a possibility (if all sides agree) to take over the (then unfurnished room) from February 2022 onwards.
We have a kitchen, were we often sit together and talk and eat, two bathrooms, a super long hallway and a big, bright living room.
The price is 420€ all-inclusive (electricity, gas, internet, ...) per month.
Die WG liegt direkt am Franz-Neumann-Platz und direkt an der U8. Somit ist man mit der U-Bahn innerhalb von 12 Minuten am Alex, in 15 Minuten im Prenzlauer Berg und in 25 Minuten in Neukölln.
Ansonsten hat man den Schäfersee vor der Tür, welcher zwar nicht besonders groß, aber trotzdem besser als kein See ist.
Einkaufen kann man hier natürlich auch. Direkt um die Ecke gibt es: Edeka, Netto, Lidl, Aldi und Kaisers und ein Kaufland ist auch nicht weit weg.

Wir sind eine große, entspannte WG, teils berufstätig, teils studierend. Hannes ist Musiker und Photograph und bildet sich zur Zeit zum Programmierer weiter, Jojo arbeitet als Buchbinderin und schreibt ihre Masterarbeit fertig, Soule studiert und backt u.a. geiles Brot und Sünje ist die Sportlichste von allen und geht jeden Tag zum Tanztraining. Wir sind so gut wie immer für gemütliche WG-Abende zu haben, ob ein gemütlicher Filmabend (Harry Potter oder Herr der Ringe im Wohnzimmer gucken) Wizard oder andere Kartenspiele in der Küche spielen, gemeinsam kochen, essen usw., jeder nimmt sich aber auch so viel Zeit für sich wie er:sie braucht.
We are a big, relaxed flat share, partly working, partly studying. Hannes is a musician, photographer and programmer, Jojo works as a bookbinder and writes her Master thesis, Soule is studying and bakes delicious bread and Sünje has dance training every day. We are almost always available for cozy WG evenings, whether a cozy movie night (watching Harry Potter or Lord of the Rings in the living room) playing Wizard or other card games in the kitchen, cooking together, eating, etc., but everyone also takes as much time for themselves as he:she:they:them needs.
