We are looking for someone who can stay for 1 month. Preferably the following:
- Speaks German
- Is already working or studying / Not at home most of the time.
- Does not smoke.
- Does not bring guests.
It is in a very nice area in Berlin, where many cafes and restaurants,, Rewe, Lidl, Netto, Aldi, Edeka are near by. Bicycle parking spaces are in the yard, car parking spaces can be found also.
The underground/subway line 6 (Alt-Tegel) is within walking distance in about 2 minutes. The S-Bahn station Tegel in about 10 minutes walk. Otherwise, several buses drive there too.
I'm looking for a roommate, who is nice and social person, I am flexible if he/she is a student, employee or a senior citizen. The washing machine and dishwasher can be shared, or we can discuss this - I don't think it will be a big deal.
I can be reached by my mobile number and we can arrange an appointment. we can discuss the furniture situation. The heating costs are included.
