Als WG im Wohnheim der technischen Universität suchen eine:n neue:n Mitbewohner:in.
Dein zukünftiges Zimmer ist ca 13-14qm groß und liegt zur Südseite, das heißt es ist immer recht hell und sonnig.
Die Zimmer in diesem Wohnheim werden unmöbliert vermietet. Die Miete bleibt über die nächsten zwei Jahre konstant und beinhaltet die Warmmiete. Die genaue Höhe ergibt sich bei Vertragsabschluss, laut Wohnheimportal aktuell ca 350 Euro. Wir haben zwei schöne Bäder. Waschmaschinen gibt es kostenlos im Keller.
Deine Chancen, hier einzuziehen, sind als TU-Student:in höher, da es eigentlich für dieses Wohnheim mal eine Vorgabe diesbezüglich war.

Dear fellow technical-university-Students,
We are searching for a person to complete our 4-members-shared- flat. The room is nice and sunny with a size around 13-14qm and it costs around 350 euros, the exact costs will be calculated from the Studierendenwerk . The house is an improved old building. There are two bathroom and free laundry opportunities in the cellar.

In former times, it was really important to be student of the "technical university" to move into this residential house, so let us know at which university you are inscribed and what you're studying.
Zwar nicht direkt in der TU-Nachbarschaft, aber dennoch keine schlechte Lage:
Unsere Straße liegt bereits in Reinickendorf, dennoch ist der Wedding und Pankow praktisch vor der Tür.
An der S Bahnstation Schönholz (S1/S25) ist man zu Fuß in drei Minuten (von da zwei Stationen bis Gesundbrunnen-> Ringbahn), und auch zur U-Bahn Osloer Straße ist es nicht so weit. Verschiedene Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Späti sind auch ganz fix zu erreichen.
Außerdem lädt die Schönholzer Heide und der Mauerweg, sowie für längere Touren das Naturschutzgebiet Tegeler Fließ zum Entspannen ein.
The flat is located in the north of Berlin , not really in the neighbourhood of the technical university, but still well connected to S1/S25/S26 at Schönholz and U 8/ U9 at Osloer Straße . There is a nice park and also groceries around.
