My roommate and I are looking for someone to rent my room because I'm moving soon. You can see from the photos that it is really small but very cozy. It has a table to work, a lamp and a place to put your things. If you are a person of small spaces this room is ideal for you. You can also spend most of your time in the larger kitchen like I do. You would share the apartment with Raja my roommate, she is very friendly and speaks German, English and Spanish.
Public transport connections are really good, right in front of the building there is a bus (120) that takes you to Wedding and to Hauptbahnhof. 10 minutes away is the U8 (paraceulsus Bad) and the S-bahn (Alt-Reiniekendorf).
Nearby there is an Aldi, a Lild and Rewe. At night it is quite quiet, perhaps a car passes every 10 minutes on the avenue that is just outside the buildings.
Of course, cleanliness is important to live in harmony, we try not to leave dirty dishes and keep our environment in order.
Respect for the other is important. It is definitely not a party apartment.
