We are looking for a female roommate who would like to live here for at least 1 year.
It’s a 26sqm unfurnished room and has all the classic Berlin Alt-Bau vibes: very high ceilings, a beautiful wood floor, 2 large west facing windows that let the room flood with warm sunlight in the afternoon and evening, and a small balcony.
Since we are both quieter people, we would prefer someone who is also on the quiet side.
Please note, as you can see in the photos, there is a double door separating this room from the room next door. As such we have build a book case with insulation behind it to reduce the noise. This is essential and non conditional, as the double doors let in even the tiniest of sounds. You are free to modify the bookshelf however you want, or put a dresser in front of the door, but the panels we have placed in front of the door have to stay. If you have questions about this we are more than happy to show you during our meeting.

Wir suchen eine Frau, die mindestens 1 Jahr hier wohnen möchte.
Es handelt sich um ein unmöbliertes 26m2 Zimmer und hat alles, was ein Altbauherz höher schlagen lässt: sehr hohe Decken, einen schönen Dielenfußboden, 2 große westliche Fenster, die Nachmittags das Zimmer mit warmen Sonnenlicht durchfluten lassen und einen kleinen Balkon.
Da die Wohnung recht hellhörig ist wünschen wir uns eine ruhige Mitbewohnerin.
Bitte beachten, wie du auf den Fotos sehen kannst gibt es eine Flügeltür, die dieses Zimmer vom Zimmer nebenan trennt, daher haben wir ein Bücherregal mit einer Isolierung dahinter gebaut, um den Lärm zu reduzieren. Dies ist unerlässlich, da die Flügeltüren selbst kleinste Geräusche durchlassen. Es steht dir frei, das Bücherregal nach deinem Wunsch zu verändern oder eine Kommode vor die Tür zu stellen, aber die Paneele, die wir vor der Tür platziert haben, müssen bleiben. Wenn du Fragen dazu hast, zeigen wir es dir gerne bei unserem Treffen.

We have a dentist, otolaryngologist, and a pharmacy in the house.
We have 2 larger parks 5 minutes away.
Honestly, it's not a hip area, but since we are right on the U8 everything is very easy to reach, (right on the border of Wedding)

Ehrlich gesagt, diese ist keine hippe Gegend aber da wir direkt an der U8 sind, ist alles sehr gut zu erreichen.

We primarily speak English with one another, but we're both fluent in German, and Estefania in Spanish as well.
Estefanía 27, from Colombia, half German, is in her last year of a master's degree in Anthropology.
Finn 26, from Brooklyn, also half German, studying product development and working on the side.
We have a weekly cleaning plan which we stick to.
We have a sarcastic sense of humor and like to chat about films, and politics.
