Ein Zimmer wird ab Mitte März frei in eine 2er WG in Berlin Reinickendorf. 7min bis S-Bahn Haltestelle Schönholz, oder 10min bis U-Bahn Franz-Neumannpl. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten zu Fuss in 5min erreichbar.
Die Wohnung ist ca. 54quadratmeter groß und wir würden die Küche und das Bad gemeinschaftlich nutzen.
Ich suche eine/n Mitbewohner/in, gerne auch Pendler/in, der/die Wert auf Sauberkeit, Rücksicht und klare Kommunikation legt, entspannt und liberal ist. Da die Wohnung klein ist, wäre es nicht geeignet, Partner/in regelmäßig da zu haben.
Das Zimmer wird unmöbiliert und für max. sechs Monate vermietet, hat Anschluss zum Balkon und ist beheizt mit Zentralheizung.
Zu mir: Ich (weiblich, 39 Jahre) arbeite freiberuflich u.a. als Lehrbeauftrage und teils von Home-office, gehe gerne aus, aber genieße auch gemütliche Abende Zuhause. Mir ist Sauberkeit und eine friedliche Atmosphere Zuhause wichtig. Bin sehr entspannt und offen und freue mich auch auf gelegentliches Vino und chat in der Küche.
