The room has 25 m2 with its own balcony, old construction with wooden floor, painted in light colors. The room is complety furnished. The room has its double-bed, library, desk, TV, kings size couch, The apartment counts with Wash-machine, dishwasher, stove, rice-cooker, air-frier and everything needed to cook and clean.
25 m2 Zimmer mit eigenem Balkon, Altbau mit Holzboden und helle Farben. Der Zimmer ist komplett möbliert. Das Zimmer hat ein Doppelbett, eine Bibliothek, einen Schreibplatz, einen Fernseher und eine Couch. Die Wohnung verfügt über eine Waschmaschine, einen Geschirrspüler, einen Herd, einen Reiskocher, ein Reis-kocher, was man zum Kochen und Putzen braucht.

The train stations are relatively close by walking distance: The train stations Osloer-Straße U9-U8 (8 min) and Sbahnhof Schonholz S1 and S26 (10 min), the bus station Papierstraße (2 min). I am Julian and I am offering this room, because my wife went to make some studies in another country for some time. The room is completely furnished and this is why it is preferable someone who is doing a internship or would live here just for the time period.
I am very sociable and easy going, I can speak Spanish, English and German. I love to do sport( hiking, martial art, football, biking) and as well some music and art. I enjoy cooking and sharing a beer. For me it is very important to keep the apartment clean and organized, as well a peaceful environment, party at apartment is not wished but with previous consent could be possible.
Ich bin Julian und ich biete dieses 25 M2 Zimmer an, weil meine Frau für einige Zeit in ein anderes Land geht, um dort zu studieren. Das Zimmer ist komplett eingerichtet und deshalb ist es bevorzugt jemand, der ein Praktikum macht oder würde hier nur für die Zeit leben.
Ich bin sehr gesellig und locker, ich kann Spanisch, Englisch und Deutsch sprechen. Ich liebe es, Sport zu treiben (Wandern, Kampfsport, Fußball, Radfahren) und auch etwas Musik und Kunst. Ich genieße Kochen und ein Bier zu teilen. Für mich ist es sehr wichtig, die Wohnung sauber und organisiert zu halten, sowie eine friedliche Umgebung, Party in der Wohnung ist nicht gewünscht, aber mit vorheriger Zustimmung könnte möglich sein.
