This is a one-room flat with a nice separate kitchen, a spacious and modern washroom, a balcony and a corridor. I used to live here with my husband, but since he is staying in our home country for the next 2 months, I would like to share the cost of living with a decent human being. The room would be shared with me, but we will have our own personal space. I am a very quiet, yet fun loving person who would be your company if you want me to be, or will give your own peace of mind if that's what you wish for.
The room itself is spacious with separate wardrobes for each of our clothes and other belongings. The kitchen is equipped with all kinds of utensils, which your are free to use, and there is lots of space left in the kitchen to store personal items.
The apartment is in Gesundbrunnen with all kinds of shop easily accessible within 5 mins walk. Gesundbrunnen centre, Rewe, Kaufland, Lidl, Aldi, Dm, Rossmann, Woolworth, Kik, Tedi and lots of other shops.
Alexanderplatz is just 15 mins from the apartment by U Bahn.
The renting starts from 1st of March until 31st of April.

Access to public transport in 1 min walk.
Alexanderplatz is just 15 mins from the apartment by U Bahn.
Regional Trains and many other long distance trains stop at Gesundbrunnen, which is just few mins walking distance from the apartment.
S- Bahn station is at Gesundbrunnen.
Tram is only 4 mins away.
Bus station right across from the apartment.
I am 27 years, student. I am in the final stages of my Thesis, so will be mostly working on that. There will not be any kind of disturbance from my part.
And the apartment is great with nice neighbours. The building has no elevator, but the aparment is on the first floor.

A non-smoker would be ideal. But I don't mind occassional smoking on the balcony. No visitors would be great since we would be sharing the space.
