Das freie Zimmer ist hell, 16 qm groß und sehr ruhig gelegen. Das Zimmer ist bereits möbiliert, es hat ein Bett sowie einen Schrank. Die Wohnung ist insgesamt 98qm groß und besitzt ein Badezimmer und ein WC. Hinzu kommt eine größere Küche mit allem drum und dran (inklusive Spülmaschine).
Auch eine Waschmaschine ist vorhanden. Aktuelle Bilder zu deinem künftigen Zimmer folgen bald :)
The room is bright and approximately 16 sqm big. The location around is very quiet with the view of green spaces. The room is furnished and has a bed and a wardrobe. All in all the apartment is 98 qm big and has one bathroom plus one restroom. The kitchen is quite big and there is everything you need (we also have a dishwasher).
And we of course have a washing machine. Later we gonna upload some updated photos of your future room :)
Supermärkte und öffentliche Verkehrsmittel sind zu Fuß in wenigen Minuten zu erreichen.
Der U Bahnhof Rudow ist zu Fuß etwa 7 Minuten zu erreichen, auch Bushaltestellen sind in unmittelbarer Nähe (einer der Busse fährt auch bis zum SBahnhof Adlershof). Ebenso die HU und die Bibliothek in Adlershof sowie der Flughafen sind über Busse (7 min zur HU) sehr gut zu erreichen. Um den U Bahnhof herum befinden sich diverse Supermärkte (Edeka, Rewe), auch Apotheken und Kleidergeschäfte.
Supermarkets and public Transportation are very close and easily accessible (few minutes walking).
The Underground Station of Rudow is about 7 minutes walk away, plus two bus stations are in close proximity (one of the busses drives you directly to the S Bahn Station of Adlershof and the University). Just as well the library and the Humboldt University plus the airport are close by busses. Around the Underground Station, you can find several Supermarkets (like Edeka, Rewe etc.), pharmacies, and Fashion stores.
Wir Ari (23) und Media (28) wohnen zusammen in der Wohnung und suchen eine nette und ordentliche Mitbewohnerin. Enky, unsere derzeitige Mitbewohnerin kommt aus der Mongolei (spricht Deutsch und Englisch) und arbeitet hier als ausgebildete Bauzeichnerin. Da sie zum Jahresanfang ausziehen wird, wäre ihr Zimmer ab dem 1. Januar bezugsfrei :)
Ich (Media) befinde mich in den letzten Zügen meines Studiums und arbeite nebenbei als Hiwi an der Uni. Ari studiert Jura.
Wir würden uns über eine ordentliche Mitbewohnerin freuen, jemand der einfach Benutztes wieder wegräumt...was ja Standard ist :P. Wir haben keinerlei Vorurteilte, uns ist einfach wichtig, dass das Zusammenleben harmonisch ist. Natürlich stehen gemeinsame Abende oder auch Aktivitäten nichts im Wege, wir respektieren aber auch die völlige Privatsphäre. Wir sind ganz locker, don't worry. Meld dich einfach und wir versuchen so schnell wie möglich uns bei dir zu melden.
We Ari and Media are looking for a nice and tidy Person. Enky, our current flatmate comes from Mongolia and is a architectural draftsman. Enky will move out in the beginning of Jan, so her room will be your room :)
Me(Media), I'm finishing my studies in Linguistics and works as srudent assistant at university, Ari studies Law.
As we said before we would prefer to have a female roommate who is tidy and appreciates a clean place. We do not have any prejudices towards others, we focus on a harmonic Living. For sure you are welcome to join common activities or just hanging out together plus we respect other people's privacy naturally :).
