Leider muss Anna ihr Zimmer in der WG kurzfristig verlassen, also suchen wir ein netter Mittbewohner für September :) Es handelt sich um ein wunderschönes 18m² großes Zimmer mit einem Holz-Dielenboden und viel Helligkeit, da es nach Süden ausgerichtet ist.
In das Zimmer befinden sich ein Bett, Sofa, Garderobe usw die gerne benutzt werden können. Da Anna Berlin verlässt, können auch (fast) alle Möbel gekauft werden ;)

Sadly Anna has to eave her room on short notice, so we are looking for a new roomate for the month of September :) It is a beautiful 18m² room with a wooden floor and lots of light as it faces south.
In the room there is a bed, sofa, wardrobe, etc. that can be used. Since Anna is leaving Berlin, (almost) all furniture can also be bought ;)

Einkaufsmöglichkeiten: gleich um die Ecke kannst du beim ehemals modernsten Rewe Deutschlands einkaufen, auch Kaufland, Edeka und Aldi sind fußläufig zu erreichen
1 Minimarkt, 1 Bäckerei und 2 Spätis versorgen dich in Notzeiten. das dort gekaufte Bier kannst du dann im gemütlichen Garten verzehren

Shopping: You can shop at the newest Rewe in Germany, Kaufland, Reichelt and Aldi are around the corner.
There is 1 mini market, a bakery and 2 'Spätis' that provide you with the basic stuff. If you want to chill with your beer,you can do it in our cosy backyard garden.
Deine Mitbewohner:innen sind Thomas (29), Student und Joaquin (29), berufstätig. Unsere WG ist gerade eher ruhig, da wir beide viel zu tun haben für Arbeit und Uni- oder Sport machen und unterwegs sind.
Da wir kein Wohnzimmer haben treffen wir uns meistens in der Küche, entweder zum zusammen essen, uns absprechen um gemeinsam was kochenoder backen, oder einfach über einen Getränk entspannt zu quatschen. Für Spiel- oder Filmabende sind wir immer gerne offen :)

Your roommates are Thomas (29), student and Joaquin (29), employed. Our flat share is rather quiet at the moment, because we both have a lot to do for work and university or sports and are on the road.
Since we don't have a living room, we usually meet in the kitchen, either to eat together, agree to cook or bake something together or just chat relaxed over a drink. We are always open for game or movie nights :)
Da Thomas und Joaquin im Urlaub sind, ist der frühestmöglicher Einzugsdatum der 5. September. Der Auszugsdatum ist flexibel :) Damit wir wissen ob ihr die Anzeige gelesen habt, schreibt bitte "Zimtschnecken" irgendwo in eure Nachricht ;) Wir freuen uns von dir zu hören! :) Leider ist wegen kurzfristiger Auszug von Anna und wegen Urlaub, ist nur Joaquin für die Castings da, und die einzige mögliche Termine sind am ab 22-24 August ab 19 Uhr. Bitte schreib am besten ob diese Termine passen würden damit wir direkt einen Tag und Uhrzeit festlegen können :)

As Thomas and Joaquin are on vacation, the earliest possible move-in date is September 5th. The move out date is flexible :) So we can tell if you actually read the ad, please say "cinnamon rolls" somewhere in your message ;) Unfortunately, due to Anna moving out at short notice and because of vacation, only Joaquin is there for the castings, and the only possible dates are from 22-24 August from 7 p.m. Please write if these dates would fit so that we can set a day and time directly :)
