Da ich zum 15.08. einen neuen Job in Osnabrück anfange, muss ich schweren Herzens schon wieder aus der WG ausziehen. Das Zimmer ist möbliert mit einem Bett (Lattenrost + 1,40m-Matratze), einem Tisch und zwei Stühlen, Sessel, Kleiderstange, Regalen und verdunkelnden Vorhängen. Absolutes Highlight ist die zweite Ebene, auf der sich das Bett und zusätzlicher Stauraum befindet.
Eine Anmeldung ist leider nicht möglich.
Because I'm starting a new job in a different city, I sadly have to move out of the WG already.
The room is furnished with a loft-bed (1,40m mattress on a slatted frame), a table and two chairs, an armchair, clothing rack, shelves and black-out curtains.
No registration possible.
Bis zur S-Bahn-Haltestelle Nöldnerplatz sind es keine 5 Minuten zu Fuß, zur S-Bahn Rummelsburg ca. 7 Minuten und bis zum Ostkreuz ist es dann nur noch eine Station und zwei bis zur Warschauer Straße. Drei Buslinien fahren ebenfalls fast vor der Türe ab. Bis zum Kaufland und Aldi sind es entspannte 10 Minuten zu Fuß oder eine Haltestelle mit dem Bus. Bis zum Boxi sind es auch nur 10 Minuten mit dem Bus oder 30 Minuten zu Fuß
Zur schönen Rummelsburger Bucht läuft man auch keine 15 Minuten.
S-Bahn station Nöldnerplatz is less than 5 minutes walking-distance and to the S-Bahn station Rummelsburg it's around 7 minutes and 3 bus routes are almost on our doorstep. Ostkreuz is only one stop away, and Warschauer Straße two. You can walk to Kaufland and Aldi in 10 minutes or hop on the bus to the next stop. Boxhagener Platz is just 10 minutes by bus or 30 minutes on foot and you can walk to the beautiful Rummelsburger Bucht in under 15 minutes.
Deine neuen Mitbewohner sind Vince und Jules. Vince arbeitet und ist dementsprechend immer schon früh aus dem Haus. Jules macht gerade seinen Master fertig und engagiert sich ziemlich viel sozial im Kiez. Beide sind super nett und umgänglich. Das WG-Leben ist generell echt entspannt. Alle gehen ihren Dingen nach aber man trifft sich gerne mal in der Küche für Gespräche oder zum Essen.
Es gibt einen Putzplan und die Wohnung ist dementsprechend immer recht sauber und ordentlich. Ansonsten ist die Wohnung mit allem ausgestattet, was man so braucht. Spülmaschine und Waschmaschine sind vorhanden und es gibt einen kleinen Balkon, auf den am Nachmittag die Sonne scheint.
Your new roommates are Vince and Jules. Vince works full-time, so he is out of the house early in the morning. Jules is finishing up his Masters and very active in the local community. Both are really nice and easy to live with. Life in the WG is really relaxed in general. Everyone is busy with their own stuff but we meet up occasionally in the kitchen for a chat or to eat dinner together.
We have a simple cleaning-plan and schedule and everyone chips in to do their part. A dishwasher makes cleaning up the kitchen a breeze and there is a washing machine easily accessible in the bathroom. We even have a balcony for sunbathing.
