Die Zusammenfassung:
- 2 Zimmer: Schlaf (15m^2)- und Wohnzimmer (21m^2) gehören dir/ euch
- Schlafzimmer: Schrank - und Regal zur Nutzung, Schminktisch 💄, Bett NEU - 1,60 Meter mit neuer Matratze
- Wohnzimmer: Esstisch, Bar 🍸, Couch, Workspaces für Work from Home 💻
- Küche (6 m^2) mit Geschirrspüler gut ausgestattet, inkl. Indischer Gewürzbox 🥘
Mein Mitbewohner (m, 35+) ist beruflich 90% der Zeit unterwegs/ lebt in Leipzig, wahrscheinlich werdet ihr euch nur einmal kurz oder gar nicht über den Weg laufen. Schlaf- und Wohnzimmer gehören ganz dir.

My rooms are free during this period and are therefore perfect for a fully furnished interim rental in Berlin. No Anmeldung.
The summary:
- 2 rooms: bedroom (15m^2) and living room (21m^2) are yours.
- Bedroom: wardrobe - and shelf for use, dressing table 💄, bed NEW - 1.60 metres with new mattress
- Living room: dining table, bar 🍸, couch, workspaces for work-from-home 💻.
- Kitchen (6 m^2) well equipped with dishwasher, incl. Indian spice box 🥘
My flatmate (m, 35) is on the road for work 90% of the time/ lives in Leipzig, so you will probably only run into each other once briefly or not at all. The bedroom and living room are all yours.
Die Wohnung ist in der Nähe des S&U Lichtenberg/ 6-8 Minuten Gehzeit und somit sehr gut mit dem Rest von Berlin verbunden. Mit dem Fahrrad nach Kreuzberg sind es 20 Minuten, nach Friedrichshain 10 Minuten. Direkt gegenüber ist ein neuer REWE Supermarkt und nur 5 Minuten Gehweg ist ein Super Yoga Studio (Yogabarn) 🧘🏽♀️

The flat is close to the S&U Lichtenberg/ 6-8 minutes walk and therefore very well connected to the rest of Berlin. It is 20 minutes by bike to Kreuzberg and 10 minutes to Friedrichshain. Directly opposite is a new REWE supermarket and only 5 minutes walk is a super yoga studio (Yogabarn) 🧘🏽
Wie eingangs beschrieben, mein Mitbewohner (m, 35) ist beruflich die meiste Zeit nicht da bzw. lebt in Leipzig und nutzt sein Zimmer meist nur für einen kurzen Stop-Over, wahrscheinlich werdet ihr euch nur einmal kurz oder gar nicht über den Weg laufen. Das Verhältnis zwischen mir und meinem Mitbewohner ist zweckmäßig, aber gut.

As described at the beginning, my flatmate (m, 35) is away most of the time for work or lives in Leipzig and usually only uses his room for a short stop-over, so you will probably only run into each other once briefly or not at all. The relationship between me and my flatmate is functional but good.
Also, wenn ihr eine Wohnung/ Zimmer zur kurzen Zwischenmiete in Berlin benötigt um anzukommen/ die Stadt zu besuchen, seid ihr genau richtig. Bevorzugt würde ich mich über eine weibliche Zwischenmieterin freuen aber zögert nicht mir zu schreiben. Via Nachrichten bin ich ich immer zu erreichen und antworte asap. 😊
