This bright room measures 21 sqm and due to it's two big windows so gets a lot of light throughout the day and has a nice bright feel to it. The room and the flat are situation in an Altbau and therefore the room has stucco and wooden floors which gives them a lovely and homey feel.
The room is furnished and this includes an inbuilt wardrobe with two door and which goes up to the ceiling so there is a lot of space to store all your times. There is also a bed measuring 140cm and a desk and chair as well as a comfortable sofa.
The kitchen has everything you need for cooking and there is also a washing machine, a tumble dryer as well as a dish washer and a big fridge and freezer. There is a big table in the kitchen so everybody can sit down together and enjoy some drinks or a meal together.
The bathroom has a a bathtub with a shower wall and there is window so it's nice and bight in the bathroom.
The flat is on the third floor and there is is a south facing garden with a small terrace to which everybody has access.

Dieses helle Zimmer ist 21 qm groß und ist aufgrund seiner zwei großen Fenster hell und bekommt viel natürliches Tageslicht. Das Zimmer und die Wohnung befinden sich in einem Altbau und daher hat das Zimmer Stuck und schönen Holzboden und hat dadurch eine schöne und gemütliche Atmosphäre.
Das Zimmer ist möbliert: es hat einen deckenhohen Einbauschrank mit zwei Türen, sodass man viel Platz hat, um seine Sachen zu verstauen. Außerdem gibt es ein 140 cm breites Bett, einen Schreibtisch und einen Stuhl sowie ein bequemes Sofa mit einem dazugehörenden Hocker.
Die Küche ist mit allem ausgestattet, was man zum Kochen braucht. Es gibt eine Waschmaschine, einen Wäschetrockner, eine Spülmaschine und einen großen Kühlschrank und Gefrierschrank. In der Küche gibt es auch einen großen Tisch, an dem alle zusammensitzen können um gemeinsam etwas zu trinken oder zu essen.
Außerdem gibt es ein Badezimmer mit Badewannen und Duschwand und einem Fenster und somit Tageslicht.
Die Wohnung befindet sich im dritten Stock und es gibt einen nach Süden ausgerichteten Garten mit einer kleinen Terrasse, zu der jeder Zugang hat.
The Kaskelkiez - also called Victoriastadt - is located not far from the beautiful Rummelsburger Bucht and on the border to the Friedrichshain. Türrschmidtstraße itself is something of an oasis - many Altbau buildings line the small streets
The Kaskelkiez has a lot to offer: There is also a variety of restaurants and it ranges from delicious coffee and cakes at Nadia & Kosta to stews from the kiosk on Tuchollaplatz as well as the restaurant “Maya” which offers delicious Indian food. There is a small but lovely neighbourhood supermarket to get you through Sunday if you forgot to go food chopping and the Victoria Center with a huge Kaufland (open until 10 pm) is only 5 minutes away. There are also a variety of specialty shops such as a goldsmith, a locksmith, a hardware store and the great bookstore called Paul + Paula.
The area is well connected and has great transport links: One can reach the he S-Bahn stations Nöldnerplatz and Rummelsburg in 5 minutes and
Ostkreuz in about 10 minutes.

In addition there is there is also the tram M21 as well as the buses 194 and 240 and the night bus N94. A free parking (without a residence permit) is also available.

Der Kaskelkiez - der auch Victoriastadt genannt wird - liegt unweit der schönen Rummelsburger Bucht und auf der Grenze zu Friedrichshain. Die Türrschmidtstraße ist eine schöne Straße mit vielen Gründerzeitbauten.
Im Kaskelkiez sind kleinen Geschäften für den täglichen Bedarf wie einem kleinen Kiez-Supermarkt sowie Bäckereien, Friseure und kleinen Restaurants und Cafes wie Nadia & Kosta und das Restaurant Maya, welches indischen Köstlichkeiten anbietet.
Der Kaskelkiez ist perfekt gelegen: Die S-Bahn-Stationen Nöldnerplatz und Rummelsburg sind zu Fuß in 5 Minuten und das Ostkreuz in ca. 10 Minuten zu erreichen.
S-Bahnhof Ostkreuz, ca. 10 Minuten zu Fuß:
—> Ost-West-Bahn (S3, 5,7,75), Ringbahn (S41 & 42) sowie S8 und S9 (Flughafen Schönefeld)
S-Bahnhöfe Rummelsburg und Nöldnerplatz ca. 5 Minuten

Darüber hinaus sind Haltestellen der Tram M21 sowie der Busse 194 und 240 und des Nachtbusses N94 in nächster Nähe. Einen kostenlosen Parkplatz (ohne Bewohnerparkausweis) findet man eigentlich immer.
You would be living with Alice and Karolina, who are both very nice and it's easy to get along with them. Alice and Karolina both work in tech and often work from home and are both 26 and 25 years old.

The room costs 660 euros (warm including all costs) and will be rented for 1 year (but perhaps an extension will be possible).
