We are renting out an unfurnished room in our 4-room apartment in Berlin-Rummelsburg.
The room is 14 m² and will initially be rented till end of December. (Option to extend if everything works out well)
In addition to the bathroom with bathtub, there is a separate toilet and a living room with balcony (south side).
You are welcome to bring furniture for the living room, dishes, etc., as we have taken many of our personal belongings with us to our new home and the apartment has since become somewhat empty. So there is room for making you feel home with your own things!
Hallo liebe Zimmersuchende,
wir vermieten ein unmöbliertes Zimmer in unserer 4-Zimmer-Wohnung in Berlin-Rummelsburg.
Das Zimmer ist 14 m² groß und wird zunächst bis Ende Dezember vermietet. (Option auf Verlängerung, wenn alles passt!!)
Zusätzlich zum Bad mit Wanne, gibt es noch eine separate Toilette und ein Wohnzimmer mit Balkon (Südseite).
Möbel für Wohnzimmer, Geschirr usw. darf gerne mitgebracht werden, da wir viele unserer persönlichen Dinge mit in unser neues Zuhause genommen haben und die Wohnung seither etwas leer geworden ist. Es bleibt also Raum für Gestaltung :)
Our apartment is located directly opposite the Rummelsburg S-Bahn station and is very well connected. It's a 7-minute walk to Ostkreuz, 5 minutes to Rummelsburger Bucht and 15 minutes by S-Bahn to Hirschgarten (forest) or 20 minutes to the main train station.
Shopping facilities are within easy walking distance, e.g. Kaufland, Denns organic market or the weekly market on Boxi.
Unsere Wohnung liegt direkt gegenüber vom S-Bahnhof Rummelsburg und ist wunderbar angebunden. In 7 Minuten Fußweg bist du am Ostkreuz, in 5 Minuten an der Rummelsburger Bucht und mit der S-Bahn sind es 15 Minuten zum Hirschgarten (Wald) bzw. 20 Minuten zum Hauptbahnhof.
Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind zu Fuß gut erreichbar; z.B. Kaufland, Denns Biomarkt oder der Wochenmarkt auf dem Boxi.
It will mainly be a shared flat between you and another roommate (male, English speaking).
As the main tenants (2 people), we are rarely in Berlin as we moved to southern Germany and are looking for someone who behaves responsibly and is respectful of the apartment and neighbors.
We don't need bad moods, racism and sexism within our four walls. We are happy to meet people with a positive attitude who enjoy a sense of community but are not necessarily looking for a family substitute.
Hauptsächlich wird es eine WG zwischen dir und einem weiteren Mitbewohner (männlich, englischsprachig) sein.
Wir als Hauptmieter (2 Personen) sind nur selten in Berlin, da wir nach Süddeutschland gezogen sind und suchen nach jemandem, der/die sich verantwortungsvoll verhält und respektvoll mit der Wohnung und den Nachbarn umgeht.
Schlechte Laune, Rassismus und Sexismus brauchen wir nicht in unseren 4-Wänden. Wir freuen uns über Menschen mit positiver Einstellung, die Lust auf Gemeinschaft haben, aber nicht unbedingt Familienersatz suchen.
We live right next to the S-Bahn. We're totally used to it, but it's certainly not the right option for noise-sensitive people - despite good windows!
Please only people who like dogs, because sometimes a dog lives here, but he is mostly with us in southern Germany.
Wir leben direkt an der S-Bahn. Wir haben uns total daran gewöhnt, aber es ist für lärmsensitive Menschen sicherlich nicht die richtige Option - trotz guter Fenster!
Bitte nur Menschen, die Hunde mögen, denn hier lebt auch manchmal ein Hund, der aber überwiegend mit uns in Süddeutschland, ist.
