Zimmer: Das Zimmer ist 23m2 groß, hat einen schönen Holzboden und einen französischen Balkon. Es ist unmöbliert, aber evtl können ein paar Dinge von der Vormieterin übernommen werden (Sofa, Regal + Tisch). Da die Zimmer Richtung Westen zeigen, hat man die Sonne ab Mittag/Nachmittag auf dieser Seite.

Room: The room is 23m2, has a nice wooden floor and a French balcony. It is unfurnished, but possibly a few things can be taken over from the previous tenant (sofa, shelf + table). Since the room faces west, you have the sun from midday/afternoon on this side.
Lage: 3. OG im Vorderhaus im schönen Weitlingkiez, was wiederum Teil von Rummelsburg ist.
Man ist hier mit der mit der U5, S5, S7 und S75 und U5 super angebunden. Das Ostkreuz ist nur zwei S-Bahn-Haltestellen entfernt.
Die U5 fährt direkt zum Alex (und bis zum Hbf).
Mit dem Fahrrad ist die Rummelsburger Bucht in 10 Minuten, Treptower Park, Boxi und Friedrichshain in ca. 15 Minuten sehr gut erreichbar. In unserer Straße sind verschiedene Supermärkte (einer sogar Sonntags geöffnet), Läden und Restaurants.

Location: 3rd floor in the front building in the beautiful Weitlingkiez, which in turn is part of Rummelsburg.
One is super connected here with the with the U5, S5, S7 and S75 and U5. The Ostkreuz is only two S-Bahn stops away.
The U5 goes directly to Alex (and to the main train station).
By bike, the Rummelsburger Bucht is very easy to reach in 10 minutes, Treptower Park, Boxi and Friedrichshain in about 15 minutes. In our street are several supermarkets (one even open on Sundays), stores and restaurants.
Tugs und ich wohnen mittlerweile schon knapp 2 Jahre zusammen und kennen uns seit der Schule, also ca. 20 Jahre, sind dementsprechend gut befreundet. Wir arbeiten beide seit ca. 3 Jahren und haben einen "geregelten" Alltag, sitzen aber natürlich gerne mal mit oder ohne Bierchen in der Küche. Wir achten auf ein sauberes Miteinander und sind da auch relativ pingelig. Da Tugs ab und an Frühschichten hat (er ist Arzt), sind wir definitiv keine Party-WG (wären es höchstens ab und an ganz gerne nochmal, da das Studentenleben eben auch schön war :D).

Tugs and I now live together for almost 2 years and know each other since school, so about 20 years, are accordingly good friends. We have both been working for about 3 years and have a "regular" everyday life, but of course like to sit in the kitchen with or without a beer. We pay attention to a clean coexistence and are also relatively picky. Since Tugs has from time to time early shifts (he is a doctor), we are definitely not a party-WG (maybe sometimes we would like that to happen, as student life was very nice as well :D).
Da ich privat & von der Arbeit aus relativ viel unterwegs bin (im Schnitt ca. zwei Wochen), wirst Du vor Allem mit Tugs zusammenleben. Von daher freuen wir uns über eine nette Nachricht von Dir in der Du uns am Besten kurz und knapp ein paar Worte zu Dir erzählst.
