In unserer 2er-WG suchen wir einen Menschen, der mein WG-Zimmer für 5 Monate bewohnen möchte, da ich zu der Zeit einen Freiwilligendienst im Ausland mache.
Meine Mitbewohnerin, Joanna, ist ein recht geselliger Mensch, genießt aber auch Zeit für sich und bevorzugt in dieser Zeit einen Menschen, der nicht unbedingt auf besonders viel Geselligkeit aus ist, ist aber immer offen dafür, wenn es sich ergibt. Zusammen kochen, einen Tee, Wein, Austausch, immer gern, aber nie erzwungenermaßen :-)
Schreibt mir gerne, wenn ihr interessiert seid - bei einem Videocall mit Joanna und mir könnt ihr dann herausfinden, ob es in der kleinen Wohnung mit euch zwei passen würde und du könntest dir die Wohnung und mein Zimmer dann natürlich auch erstmal anschauen und Joanna kennenlernen.
In my 2room shared-apartment we are looking for a person, who wants to live in my furnished room for 5 months since I´ll be doing volunteer work abroad.
My flatmate, Joanna, is quite a social person, but also enjoys time to herself and prefers a person who won't need too much company, but is always open to it when it occurs. Cooking together, a tea, wine, exchange, always, but never forced :-)
Feel free to text me, if interested - on a video call with Joanna and me, we can find out, if it's a fit in our cozy little apartment. Then you can come by to see the apartment and my room and get to know Joanna.
Vom 15.03.2023 bis zum 15.08.2023 (5 Monate) steht das Zimmer frei.
Die Mietkosten belaufen sich auf 420€/Monat warm (inkl. Internet und co).
Es wird einen Untermietvertrag geben und
eine HaftPflichtVersicherung ist ein must-have für Eventualitäten.
The room will be free from 15/03/2023 until 15/08/2023 (5 months).
The rent expanse will be 420€/month all inclusive (wifi, etc).
There will be a sublease agreement and a liability insurance is a must-have in case of eventualities
