Das Zimmer ist ca. 16 qm groß, voll möbliert und hat eine Höhe von 4,20 m und dadurch nochmal eine Hochebene zum Schlafen von ca. 8 qm. Die Wohnung (Altbau, 1. OG) liegt in Schöneberg, hat eine super Anbindung an den ÖPNV (U- und S-Bahn, Bus) und hat auch noch sehr viel Grün drumherum (Gleisdreieckpark). Trotz sehr zentraler Lage sehr ruhig, lichtdurchflutet und großzügig. Die Wohnung ist riesig, schön und schon mit allem, was man so braucht (Bad, Extra WC, zwei Balkone, Wasch- und Spülmaschine usw.) ausgestattet. Die vorhandene WG besteht aus 2 Frauen, das WG-Motto lautet: Gemeinschaftsaktionen (Kochen, Essen, TV-Abende und Museumsbesuche zum Beispiel) können sehr gerne sein, müssen aber nicht. Für gewöhnlich werden wir als sehr ordentlich (ist natürlich alles relativ, aber nach langjähriger Erfahrung dann doch konfliktarmer) und sehr sozialverträglich (jeder darf so bleiben, wie er ist) bezeichnet. Das Zimmer kostet 700 € monatlich (alles inklusive) und ist ab 1. Mai leider vorerst nur bis Ende Juni zu haben.
