Ich bin im Urlaub und vermiete mein Studio in einer Zweier-WG.
Das Zimmer ist etwa 32 qm groß mit Altbau-typischen hohen Decken und ist ausgestattet mit
einer bequemen Schlafcouch (1.60x2.00), einem Schreibtisch, einem Couchtisch und einem Stehpult.
Die Wohnung hat 100 Quadratmeter, Balkon, Küche und Bad sind Gemeinschaftsfläche, die ihr mit meinem Mitbewohner teilen würdet.
Die Wohnung ist super gemütlich, die Küche großzügig, und auf dem Balkon mit Westausrichtung kann man die Abendsonne genießen, aber auch bei weniger gutem Wetter sitzen.

I’m on a holiday & rent my studio in a two-person flat share.
The room is about 32 sqm with high ceilings typical of old buildings and is equipped with a comfortable sofa bed (1.60x2.00), a desk, a coffee table and a standing desk.
The apartment has 100 square meters, balcony, kitchen and bathroom are common area that you would share with my roommate.
The apartment is super cozy, the kitchen is spacious, and on the balcony with west orientation you can enjoy the evening sun, but also stay in less good weather.
Die Straße ist belebt, aber nicht so laut, und grün. Die Akazienstraße – mit kleinen Geschäften, Cafés und Donnerstags einem Markt – ist um die Ecke. Andere Einkaufsmöglichkeiten wie Supermärkte etc. sind ebenfalls nur wenige Meter entfernt.
Optimale Verkehrsanbindungen: U7, S1, Bus M43, M48, M85 (Hauptbahnhof) 187 und 204 (Südkreuz ).
The street is lively and green. Acacia Street - with small stores, cafes and a market on Thursdays - is around the corner. Other shopping facilities like supermarkets etc. are also just a few meters away.
Optimal transport connections: U7, S1, bus M43, M48, M85 (main station) 187 and 204 (Südkreuz ).
Mein Mitbewohner ist ein sehr freundlicher und rücksichtsvoller Zeitgenosse; er spricht Englisch und Spanisch.

My roommate is a very friendly and considerate person; he speaks English and Spanish.
