Hi, ich vermiete mein Zimmer zwischen Anfang/Mitte April bis Ende August 2024. (Bis dahin ist der Vertrag Befristet, aber evtl. verlängert der Vermieter den Vertrag, und dann könntest du auch länger dort bleiben)
Es ist 23m² groß, hat vor allem nachmittags schönes Licht und ist in einer WG mit 2 anderen lieben Mitbewohnerinnen (22 und 24 Jahre alt). Die Wohnung ist in Schöneberg, in der Nähe von U Kleistpark.
Alles inkl. (Wlan, Heizung, Strom…) kostet es 500€. Die Kaution beträgt einmalig 500€. Ich suche nach einer Nichtraucherin, und einer sauberen Person, da ich einige meiner Möbel für die Zeit zur Verfügung stellen werde. (Und auch weil meinen Mitbewohnerinnen das wichtig ist 😉).
Ich werde den Schrank, Sofa und TV dir für 50€ überlassen. Bis Ende August auch das Bett, Schreibtisch und Schreibtischstuhl. Und die große Pflanze, falls du sie für den Zeitraum haben möchtest.
Ich ziehe jetzt bereits komplett aus, deswegen könntest du drinne bleiben, wenn der Vermieter den Vertrag verlängert, was wir aktuell noch nicht wissen.
Die Wohnung ist sehr schön ansonsten, und ja.

I am looking for a non-smoker, clean student for one semester (mid/end april until end of August 2024). You'll have my furniture: desk, chair, sofa, bed, matress, closet, TV (only works with HDMI and your Laptop ;)).
My roommates are really nice, and the location is great. If you are interested, just tell me a little bit about yourself and text me, if you have further questions.
I am moving out completly, the contract goes until the 31.August 2024. Maybe our landlord will expand it, in that case you could stay there. I want to sell my TV for 50€ to you, in case your interested. I will leave the closet, sofa and TV completly, the bed, desk and chair for the first months, then i am going to pick them up; so you'll have to get that stuff yourself in case you want to stay after August.
I am also gonna leave my big plant, in case you like it and want to have it until the end of august.
