Ich suche jemanden zur Untermiete für mein WG-Zimmer, da ich für ein Semester ins Ausland gehe. Das Zimmer wäre Ende August/Anfang September bis voraussichtlich Mitte April frei. Die Wohnung hat ein Bad, eine Küche und jeder hat sein eigenes Zimmer. Mein Zimmer ist ca. 10qm groß und ich würde es möbliert übergeben.
Unsere WG ist 5 Minuten entfernt von U Nollendorfplatz und daher sehr gut angebunden. Ein 24h Supermarkt ist auch direkt um die Ecke.
Ich habe 3 Mitbewohnerinnen und wir machen immer mal Sachen zusammen oder sitzen auch oft abends in der Küche. Eine meiner Mitbewohnerinnen ist aus Italien und spricht nicht so gut deutsch, weshalb wir meistens Englisch sprechen, wenn wir alle zusammen sind. Sie arbeitet im Marketing-Bereich. Die andere studiert Architektur und die dritte macht eine Ausbildung zur Tiermedizinischen Fachangestellten.
Es wäre schön wenn du schon ein bisschen WG-Erfahrung hast, aber das ist kein Muss!
