ich suche noch nach einer lieben Person, die sich um mein Zimmer im März kümmert. Die Wohnung ist in Schöneberg, direkt gegenüber vom Cheruskerpark. Du teilst dir die Wohnung mit meiner lieben Mitbewohnerin Fina! Mein/Dein Zimmer ist ca. 16m² groß und hat einen eigenen gemütlichen Balkon zur Südseite :)
Da die Miete bei uns auch immer teurer geworden ist, liegt sie mittlerweile schon bei 520/Monat für das Zimmer...
Ich würde mich sehr freuen, wenn du dich etwas um meine Pflänzchen im Zimmer kümmern würdest. Ansonsten stehen bei mir auch ein E-Piano und zwei Gitarren, die du natürlich jederzeit gerne benutzen kannst. Zusätzlich könnte ich dir auch noch mein Fahrrad anbieten, dass ich ja dann nicht brauchen werde.
Meine Mitbewohnerin würde gerne noch einmal mit dir in Kontakt getreten sein, also schreibt mir hier erstmal und ich setze euch dann in Verbindung :)
