Unsere Altbauwohnung liegt im 3.OG, ist damit sehr hell und verfügt über 3-Zimmer, Traum-Dielen, ein schönes Wannenbad mit Wohlfühlatmosphäre und Fenster sowie eine gemütliche Küche, die top ausgestattet ist! Die Wohnung befindet sich in einem sanierten Zustand, das freie Zimmer wurde vor kurzem gestrichen.

in our 3-person WG in Berlin Schöneberg, my beautiful 27 sqm room will become available on 1.11.23!
Our flat is on the 3rd floor, so it is very bright and has 3 rooms, dream floorboards, a beautiful bathroom with a bathtub and a window, as well as a cosy kitchen that is well equipped! The flat is in a renovated condition, the spare room was recently painted.
Mit dieser Wohnung liegst du super zentral in ruhiger Lage in Berlin Schönberg zwischen den S-Bahn-Stationen Julius-Leber-Brücke und Schöneberg. Auch die Anbindungen an Bus, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Parks und Co. könnte nicht besser sein. Die Akazienstraße als Kiez-Zentrum mit vielen kleinen Cafés und guten Restaurants liegt gleich hinterm Haus.

This flat is centrally located in a quiet area of Berlin Schönberg between the S-Bahn stations Julius-Leber-Brücke and Schöneberg. The connections to buses, shops, parks, etc. couldn't be better. Akazienstraße, the centre of the neighbourhood with many small cafés and good restaurants, is right behind the house.
Wir sind aktuell eine 3er-Frauen-WG, aber unsere Suche bleibt neutral:) Wir arbeiten alle und treffen uns gerne ungezwungen in der Küche, um uns über unseren Tag auszutauschen. Wir schätzen offene Kommunikation und vor allem ein respektvolles Miteinander. Christina ist viel unterwegs und aktuell tatsächlich mehr auf Reisen, als zuhause. Zwischen Oktober und Dezember wird sie mit Ihrem Backpack in Indien unterwegs sein, sodass du erstmal nur mit Ridhi die Wohnung teilen würdest. Ridhi hat indische Wurzeln und befindet sich derzeit, genau wie ich, im Job-Umbruch, ob Sie zum neuen Jahr bei uns wohnen bleibt ist leider momentan ungewiss.

We are currently a 3-woman flat share, but our search remains neutral:) We all work and like to meet informally in the kitchen to talk about our day. We value open communication and above all respectful interaction. Christina is on the road a lot and is actually travelling more than she is at home. Between October and December, she will be travelling in India with her backpack, so for the time being you would only share the flat with Ridhi. Ridhi has Indian roots and is currently, just like me, in a job transition, whether she will stay with us in the new year is unfortunately uncertain at the moment.
