Hi, i’m subletting my room on a our beautiful wg. The room is 25m2, bright and with a balcony. I will leave my bed, an empty garderobe, and a desk with monitor and keyboard.
The flat has a very big living room (35m2) with table for 8, a couch with bimer and armchairs. We have also a kitchen fully equipped with a storage room.
The location is around Viktoria-Luise-Platz, very beautiful neighbourhood with a lovely caffe below the flat and the cozy Viktoria-Luise-Platz at 2 minutes walk. It’s close to many ubhan: U1,U2 U3 are 8 minutes walk (Wittenbergplatz) the U4 is below the house and the U7 is 12 minutes ny walk. In also 8 minutes you will be in the center of Shöneberg with many nice caffès restaurants shops and so in.
We sre a flat share were we are friends and we do many things together! We love the idea of having dinners, movie night, games and simply hangouts together. At the same time we all work full time with many things in life so we have maximum respect for each other personal space!
