ich vermiete mein Zimmer vom 09. Dezember 2023 bis zum 09. Januar 2024. Es handelt sich um ein schönes und geschmackvoll möbliertes Altbauzimmer. Die Ausstattung für Homeoffice und Home Entertainment ist top. Die Anbindung an den ÖPNV ist sehr gut und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind direkt vor der Tür.
Das Zimmer liegt nach Süden ausgerichtet, groß (ca. 32 m2), mit hohen Decken (ca. 4m) und hell. Die Hauptstraße hört man natürlich bei geöffnetem Fenster, bei geschlossenem Fenster stört sie aber nicht. Ich werde versuchen so viel wie möglich frei zu räumen, damit du auch Platz für deine Sachen hast. Ansonsten kannst du natürlich Bad und Küche vollumfänglich nutzen. Das Zimmer ist kein Durchgangszimmer.
Du kannst mich jederzeit kontaktieren. Ich schätze mein Zimmer und alles darin - ich hoffe dass du damit eine gute Zeit hast und ich alles wiederfinde wie ich es hinterlassen habe :)

Hello everyone,
I am renting out my room from December 9, 2023, to January 9, 2024. It's a beautiful and tastefully furnished old-style room. The equipment for a home office and home entertainment is excellent. It has very convenient access to public transportation, and shopping options are right outside the door.
The room faces south, is spacious (approximately 32 square meters), with high ceilings (about 4 meters), and is well-lit. You can naturally hear the street when the window is open, but it's hardly noticeable when the window is closed. I will try to clear as much space as possible so you can have room for your belongings. Otherwise, you are welcome to use the bathroom and kitchen fully. The room is not a pass-through room.
