Bei uns in der WG ist Mitte Januar bis Mitte Februar ein Zimmer frei. Neben dem Zimmern gibt ein großes Wohnzimmer, Küche und einen Balkon als Gemeinschaftsräume.

We have a room available in our shared flat between mid Jan and mid Feb. The flat includes a living room, kitchen and a balcony as common areas.
Die Wohnung befindet sich auf der Roten Insel in Schöneberg, ca. 5 Minuten zu Fuß von der S Julius-Leberbrücke. Der U Bahnhof Kleistpark ist in 10 Minuten erreichbar. In unmittelbarer Nähe befinden sich viele nette kleine Cafes, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, eine Boulderhalle und der Gleisdreieckpark.
The apartment is located on the Rote Insel in Schöneberg, approx. 5 minutes on foot from the S Julius-Leberbrücke. The Kleistpark underground station can be reached in 10 minutes. In the immediate neighborhood there are many nice little cafes, shopping facilities, a bouldering hall and the Gleisdreieckpark.
Uns ist ein entspanntes und freundliches Miteinander wichtig. Du würdest mit Marlen und Peter zusammen wohnen. Beide sind Anfang 30. Wie führen sehr eigenständige Leben, genießen es aber auch mal gemeinsam zu essen oder einen Film zu schauen.
A relaxed and friendly atmosphere is important to us. You would live with Marlen and Peter. We are both in our early 30's. We all have our own individual lives, but we also enjoy having dinner together or watching a movie.
Wie bereits erwähnt: Es handelt sich um eine befristete Untermiete. Unsere dritte Mitbewohnerin kommt Mitte Februar wieder nach Berlin zurück. Daher ist keine Anmeldung möglich.
As already mentioned, this is a temporary sublet. Our third roommate will be returning to Berlin mid Feb. Therefore, no registration is possible.
