The room is around 20 square meters, fully furnished and is the farthest from the living room giving you a choice for privacy when needed. It has a big window allowing natural light to shine the place up and you will have a private bathroom right next to the room. An elevator is available and there's an extra room for guests.
It's extremely well-connected - 5 min walk to reach the S Bahn Schöneberg with the following connections S1, S41, S42, S46, S47 and a 3-minute walk to the following bus service M43, M46, M48, M48, M85, 187, 248. The neighbourhood offers all the services needed: Penny at 50m, Lidl at 150m, Rewe at 3 min distance by bike - multiple Apothekes around and plenty of Kebab shops with the infamous Ruyam at 5 min from the house. It's surrounded by parks.
The concept of the house is similar to a family environment. We used to cook together but it got difficult over time because of our different schedules so sharing is welcomed but privacy is respected. The two flatmates are Italians. The big living room is furnished with comfy sofas, a complete set of CDJs and a Xone mixer for music lovers and there's usually one get-together per week.
We are looking for young, social spirits to join the apt asap.
