Beautiful 22 sqm old building room with a balcony located in the heart of Schöneberg. The room is very cozy and faces the street, but there is very little traffic, making it simultaneously very quiet.
The room, as well as the rest of the apartment, is rented unfurnished. However, there is a dishwasher and a washing machine in the kitchen.
I wont sleep at the apartment, so the other room in the apartment can be used as a living room, which means extra space for you. The living room has another 22qm.

Schönes 22qm großes Altbauzimmer mit Balkon mitten in Schöneberg. Das Zimmer ist super gemütlich und geht nach vorne zur Straße raus, dort ist aber sehr wenig Verkehr, also ist es gleichzeitig sehr ruhig.
Das Zimmer sowie der Rest der Wohnung wird unmöbliert vermietet. In der Küche ist aber eine Spülmaschine & Waschmaschine vorhanden.
Ich werde nicht in der Wohnung schlafen, daher kann das andere Zimmer ebenfalls genutzt werden und als Wohnzimmer dienen. Das Zimmer hat nochmal ca 22qm.
Anmeldung ist möglich.
Super central but quiet neighbourhood. 10 minutes to Kreuzberg, 15 to 20 minutes to neukölln.
Sbahn within 5 minutes walking distance.
Lots of possibilities to go grocery shopping, have coffees or drinks at Akazienkiez
We are currently living in the apartment as a family and are now moving to another district. As our son will continue to go to his daycare here, I am looking for a roommate/subtenant. I will only be in the apartment during the week from about 9 am to 3:30 pm and will not sleep there myself. Therefore, you will have the apartment completely to yourself the rest of the time. I will leave a desk in ‘my’ room and use it for work, but otherwise, the room is at your disposal, even when I am there :) I look forward to chatting, cooking together or going out to eat during the day. I’m not sensitive to noise and won’t be in calls all day.
Otherwise, I am the best roommate, as I am often not there ;)
I am otherwise occupied with my family life, so we probably won’t be sitting together for a beer in the evening.
A little about me:
I am 31, work in business development for a management consultancy, am interested in politics, media, society, like to listen to podcasts, and go to the zoo. I also love food :)

Wir bewohnen die Wohnung gerade noch als Familie und ziehen jetzt in einen anderen Bezirk. Da unser Sohn hier noch weiter zur Kita gehen soll, suche ich einen Mitbewohner / Untermieter. Ich werde nur unter der Woche von ca 9 bis 15.30 Uhr sein und selber nicht in der Wohnung schlafen. Daher hast du den Rest der Zeit die Wohnung komplett für dich alleine. Ich werde in der Wohnung in „meinem“ Zimmer einen Schreibtisch lassen und zum arbeiten nutzen, das Zimmer steht dir aber sonst zur freien Verfügung. Auch wenn ich selber dort bin :) Ich freue mich, wenn wir trotzdem tagsüber mal plaudern, gemeinsam kochen oder was essen gehen. Ich bin nicht geräuschempfindlich und sitze auch nicht den ganzen Tag in calls.
Ansonsten bin ich der beste Mitbewohner, der der nämlich häufig gar nicht da ist ;)
Ich bin sonst in meinem Familienleben eingespannt, wir werden also abends wahrscheinlich nicht beim Bier zusammen sitzen.
Kurz zu mir:
Ich bin 31, arbeite für eine Unternehmensberatung im Business Development, interessiere mich für Politik, Medien, Gesellschaft, höre gerne Podcasts und gehe in den Zoo. Essen finde ich auch gut :)
