The flat is located on the fourth floor. I live with 2 roommates, my brother Jb and Marine who will not be there during this time. We also have a lovely cat named Bisous. The flat is spacious and bright, my bedroom is on the side of the backyard so it's very quiet and bright plus you have the sunset. I have some plants that give a very cozy and jungle-like vibe :) We have a big living room where you can chill and relax. The kitchen is well equipped with everything you need to cook delicious meals. We have a bathroom with a toilet and a bathtub as well as a second separate toilet. And of course a washing machine you can use.
Die Wohnung befindet sich in der vierten Etage. Ich lebe mit 2 Mitbewohnern, meinem Bruder Jb und Marine, der während dieser Zeit nicht da sein wird. Wir haben auch eine schöne Katze namens Bisous. Die Wohnung ist geräumig und hell, mein Schlafzimmer ist auf der Seite des Hinterhofs, so ist es sehr ruhig und hell plus Sie haben den Sonnenuntergang. Ich habe einige Pflanzen, die eine sehr gemütliche und dschungelartige Atmosphäre geben :) Wir haben ein großes Wohnzimmer, wo Sie chillen und entspannen können. Die Küche ist gut ausgestattet mit allem, was man braucht, um leckere Mahlzeiten zu kochen. Wir haben ein Badezimmer mit einer Toilette und einer Badewanne sowie eine zweite separate Toilette. Und natürlich eine Waschmaschine, die Sie benutzen können.
The apartment is well located, it's a 2-minute walk from the S-Bahn Schönerberg on the ring as well as the S1 to go straight to Mitte in a short time. A 4 min walk and you can take many different buses M46 to Zoologischer Garten or Britz Sud, 248 direction Breitenbachplatz or Alexanderplatz, M85 direction Lichterfeld Sud , M43 direction U Berliner Str., M48 direction Zehlendorf, 187 direction Lankwitz and more option are available... Spermarkets are also very close Lidl, Penny, Aldi, Rewe, Bio Company, and Denns are all 3mins walk away.

My brother who you will live with is very chill and friendly. He is an artist and also works in a restaurant. If you are a smoker you will be able to smoke at the window in the living room.

Mein Bruder, mit dem du zusammenleben wirst, ist sehr entspannt und freundlich. Er ist Künstler und arbeitet auch in einem Restaurant. Wenn Sie Raucher sind, können Sie am Fenster im Wohnzimmer rauchen.
