Ich (Tobias, 34) ziehe nach 13 Jahren in Berliner WGs ab Ende Januar in meine neue Wohnung. Mein Zimmer in der WG wird daher frei. Bei dem Zimmer handelt es sich um ein schönes, geräumiges, vor kurzem saniertes Zimmer in unserer Dachgeschosswohnung mit Balkon, der zur Südseite heraus geht.
Die Möbel auf den Fotos werden größtenteils nicht mehr im Zimmer sein. Die Sitzgelegenheit auf dem Balkon kann bei Interesse kostenfrei übernommen werden.
Momentan bin ich der einzige Hauptmiter im Mietvertrag. Katha (28) und Sophia (31) haben aber Interesse die WG weiterzuführen. Wir brauchen hierzu noch das final "go" von der Hausverwaltung (sind hier aber optimistisch). Wenn wir dies erhalten, könnte die Wohnung von Dir, Katha und Sophia (oder bei Bedarf nur 1 oder 2 von euch) übernommen werden. Der Mietvertrag läuft am 31.03.2024 aus, von Ende Januar bis Ende März kann das Zimmer also definitiv bezogen werden.

I (Tobias, 34) am moving out of the shared apartments in Berlin after 13 years, to my new apartment at the end of January. Therefore, my room in the shared apartment will become available. The room is a beautiful, spacious, recently renovated room in our attic apartment with a balcony facing south.
The furniture shown in the photos will mostly not be in the room anymore. The seating on the balcony can be taken over for free if interested.
Currently, I am the only main tenant on the lease. Katha (28) and Sophia (31) are interested in continuing the shared apartment. We still need the final "go" from the property management (but we are optimistic about this). If we receive it, the apartment could be taken over by you, Katha, and Sophia (or if necessary, just 1 or 2 of you). The lease expires on March 31, 2024, so the room can definitely be occupied from the end of January until the end of March.
Die Wohnung befindet sich im südlichen Schöneberg, am Rande zu Friedenau. Die Lage ist sehr entspannt und es ist ein schöner Wohnort. Nicht so viele Bars, wie in Kreuzberg/Neukölln, aber dafür viel Grünes.
Mit der S-Bahn ist man außerdem schnell weiter im Stadtinneren. Auch das Tempelhofer Feld kann mit dem Fahrrad recht schnell erreicht werden.

The apartment is located in the southern part of Schöneberg, on the border with Friedenau. The area is very relaxed and it's a nice place to live. There aren't as many bars as in Kreuzberg/Neukölln, but there's a lot of greenery.
Additionally, you can quickly get further into the city center with the S-Bahn. The Tempelhofer Feld can also be reached quite quickly by bicycle.
Beim WG-Leben haben wir es bis jetzt so gehalten, dass es eine gesundes Mischung aus nicht zu viel und nicht zu wenig WG-Leben war. Recht ungezwungen also. Aber natürlich liegt es an euch, wie in der Zukunft das WG-Leben genau aussehen würde. Katha ist seit kurzem mit ihrer Doktorarbeit fertig, beginnt also jetzt den Berufseinstieg, ebenso wie Sophia, die nun ebenfalls in Berlin eine neue Stelle angefangen hat.

So far in our shared apartment, we have maintained a healthy balance of not too much and not too little communal living. It's quite relaxed. But of course, it's up to you to decide how the shared living will look in the future. Katha has recently completed her doctoral thesis and is now starting her new job, just like Sophia, who has also just started a new job in Berlin.
Die Wohnung verfügt über eine geräumige Küche mit Spülmaschine und einem Esstisch, etc..Es gibt außerdem eine Dusche und eine Badewanne. Im innenhof können Fahrräder abgestellt werden. Es gibt außerdem ein Kellerabteil, was genutzt werden kann.

The flat has all the necessary equipment, like a fridge, dishwasher, dining table, washing machine, bathtub etc. Bikes can be placed in the courtyard. There is also a basement compartment that can be used.
