Ich selbst bin 3 Wochen im Urlaub und möchte daher zu einem sehr fairen niedrigen Preis dieses sehr schöne Zimmer an eine vertrauenswürdige Person vermieten. Auch geeignet für längerfristigen Besuch von Familie und Freunden in Schöneberg. Das Wohnzimmer, Küche, Bad Flur und auch Keller können vollumfänglich mitgenutzt werden. Das Wohnzimmer verfügt über ein angenehmn großes Sofa, Flatscreen TV sowie Esstisch, welcher sehr gern auch für Besuche, Abendessen, etc. des Untermieters genutzt werden dürfen.
Pleasant 25 sqm room in an old apartment for interim rent. Highlights of the room: floorboards, 1.40 m bed, desk perfectly suited for home office with large screen, wide work surface. I myself am on vacation for 3 weeks and would therefore like to rent this very nice room to a trustworthy person at a very fair low price. Also suitable for longer-term visits from family and friends in Schöneberg. The living room, kitchen, bathroom, hallway and cellar can be fully shared. The living room has a comfortable large sofa, flat screen TV and dining table, which can also be used for visits, dinners, etc. of the subtenant.

Mein Mitbewohner (m) und ich (w) kennen uns bereits aus der Schule (kein Couple, nur Freunde), dem Französischen Gymnasium, was ebenfalls in Laufnähe nahe des Nollendorfplatzes ist. Wir sind verwurzelte Berliner, mit einem Link zum Französischen Leben in Berlin. Viele unserer Freunde sind in der Party-Szene tätig, selbst sind wir allerdings über die letzten Jahre hinweg schon etwas ruhiger geworden. Wir sind weltoffen, gay-friendly, und politisch grün-links oder in der Mitte des Spektrums eingestellt. Wir legen Wert auf eine bewusste, weitestgehend vegetarische Ernährung. Carl, mein Mitbewohner, verbringt viele seiner Wochenenden mit Fahrradfahren.
My flatmate (male) and I (female) already know each other from school (not a couple, just friends), the Französisches Gymnasium, which is also within walking distance of Nollendorfplatz. We are rooted Berliners, with a link to French life in Berlin. Many of our friends are active in the party scene, however became slightly calmer over the last years ourselves. We are cosmopolitan, gay-friendly, and politically green-left or in the center of the spectrum. We value a conscious, largely vegetarian diet. Carl, my flatmate, spends many of his weekends cycling.
Wir würden eine Mitbewohner*in schätzen, die Wert auf den Erhalt von Dingen setzt, d.h. alles im Ausgangs-Zustand rückgeben kann. Dies streichen wir hervor, da wir damit in der Vergangenheit schlechte Erfahrung gemacht haben, wie z.B. Brandflecken im Sofa, übermäßige Abnutzung von Kochmaterial, viele zu Bruch gegangene Gläser, etc. Die Miete ist am Tag des Einzugs zu erbringen, es wird keine Kaution gefordert. Eure Freunde sind gern willkommene Gäste, sofern für sie dieselben Standards an Respekt und Aufmerksamkeit gelten, wie für euch.
We would appreciate a flatmate who values the preservation of things, i.e. who can return everything in its original condition. We emphasize this because we have had bad experiences with this in the past, e.g. burn marks on the sofa, excessive wear and tear on cooking utensils, many broken glasses, etc. The rent is payable on the day you move in, no deposit is required. Your friends are welcome as long as they are treated with the same standards of respect and attention as you.
