A couple of create cafés, restaurants and shops are within 5-10 min walk
With metro close to Mitte, Kreuzberg
1 roommate (Hauptmieter, me) + 1 cat
Simple, respectful, quiet, friendly atmosphere, ok with small imperfections and tiny kitchen & bathroom
Considerate, allowing each other space on their own - no forced social time but friendly interactions
Best fit is someone who works / interns / studies also outside the home since there is not much space in the kitchen and no extra living room. Your room is spacious and the area is very quiet and save.
Stairways and bathroom are renovated. Storage and basement can be used. Place for placing your bike in a save area.
Small imperfections in the house:
Kitchen is very small and still needs some upgrades over time, it's a working kitchen but not much space to hang out. Kitchen has no dishwasher, but is fully equipped and equipment can be used.
Bathroom is newly renovated and with a washing machine. One Bathtub. Washing machine and bathtub cannot be used at the same time because of missing makeshift drain .
Most important for me is a personality fit
Quiet, introverted, considerate, friendly, respectful roommate preferred.

Only for temporary roommate who knows the dates (not someone who moves out since they look or a permanent spot). Best fit would be temporary intern or temporary work. Student possible, if the person has experience living on their own and is a personality fit.
