WG- Zimmer zu vermieten
Frei ist dieses Zimmer zum Innenhof gerichtet.
Die Wohnung verfügt über eine gemeinsamgenutze Küche (mit Spülmaschine) und ein geräumiges Badezimmer (mit Waschmaschine). Ich (Nils) habe davor zwei Jahre in dem Zimmer gewohnt und ziehe nun in das größere Zimmer nebenan. Die Bilder vom Zimmer sind noch nen bißchen alt und zeigen es nicht so wirklich gut aber würde natürlich auf Nachfrage, im Laufe nächster Woche noch ein paar neue machen, damit du ein besseren Eindruck bekommst.
Zur Verfügung steht zudem ein Kellerraum (schon ein bißchen voll, aber immer noch ein bißchen Platz)
Leider ist keine Anmeldung möglich.

Shared rooms for rent
This room faces the inner courtyard.
The apartment has a shared kitchen (with dishwasher) and a spacious bathroom (with washing machine). I (Nils) lived in the room for two years and am now moving into the larger room next door. The pictures of the room are a bit old and don't show it perfectly, but if asked, I would of course take a few new ones over the course of next week so that you can get a better impression.
There is also a cellar room available (already a little full, but still a little space)
unfortunately there is no registration possible.
Die Wohnung liegt auf der sogennanten Roten Insel in Schöneberg und ist fußläufig 2 Minuten von der S-Bahn Station Julius Leber Brücke. Es gibt gute Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, tolle Cafés, Restaurants usw. auf der Ecke. Man ist durch die S-Bahn top angebunden und läuft zudem in 10 Minuten zum Südkreuz oder zB. zur Akazienstraße.

The apartment is located on the so-called Rote Insel in Schöneberg and is a 2-minute walk from the Julius Leber Brücke S-Bahn station. There is good shopping, great cafes, restaurants etc on the corner. You are well connected by the S-Bahn and can also walk to Südkreuz in 10 minutes or for example to Akazienstrasse.
Laurin und ich (Nils) sind beide in der Kreativ/Musikbranche tätig, arbeiten zum Teil zusammen, schlafen öfters mal ein bißchen länger aus (Laurin länger), gehen zusammen Kaffee trinken, sitzen morgen in der Küche beim Frühstück oder chillen am Abend. Wir sind entspannte Mitbewohner, geben Acht darauf, dass wir alles so ordentlich wie möglich hinterlassen und respektieren natürlich auch unsere Privatsphäre. Wir sind zudem beide öfter mal unterwegs und auch manchmal bißchen länger nicht da.

Laurin and I (Nils) both work in the creative/music industry, sometimes work together, often sleep in a little longer (Laurin longer), go for coffee together, sit in the kitchen having breakfast in the morning or chill in the evening. We are relaxed roommates, make sure that we leave everything as tidy as possible and of course respect our privacy. We're both out and about often and sometimes not there for a bit longer.
