The flat is 91 qm big on mezzanine floor with a smaller kitchen and bathroom.
The room is roughly 14 qm, windows are towards the hinterhof, so it's very quite during the day and it gets direct sunlight in the morning.
Washing machine is provided and anything else that one might need.
Located in a very green and pretty part of Schöneberg, literally right next to Volkspark Schöneberg / Rudolph-Wilde-Park (prettiest park in Berlin imo!)

With you would be living 3 other people (+1 temporary person), Marc (29, journalist), Elli (26, student), her bf Shawn (25, student), Elli's dog Henry and Lauren (who's living here until the end of May)
The vibe is very chill and friendly! Elli is doing home office 2-3 times a week, so it's rather quite during the day, but your potential flatmates are always up for a nice chat in the kitchen. You can also always take the space and time just for yourself if needed though.
It's available for two months, May and June, but it could possibly be extended to July, but that would be decided by the main tenant Elli probably in the end of May or beginning of June.
