Heyy!
I will rent out my beautiful big room for a short time. The sofa, decoration and the bed will be removed from the room, because I will move somewhere else. Necessary things like dishes are of course there (I can help to get a mattress or leave towels).
I live with a girl and a boy who are also new to the apartment and are very quiet and nice, with whom you can have nice conversations in the kitchen in the evening but also respect your privacy. The apartment has a bathroom and a rather small kitchen, but you can find everything you need there (including a washing machine)!
The apartment is a new building and is located in the beautiful Regenbogenkiez, 15 minutes from Kudamm and surrounded by 5 different subway lines (U2, U3, U4, U7, U9). Not even a 5 minute walk away is Prager Platz, with various supermarkets, Spätis, dm and a gym.
As we don't want to disturb the neighbors, we don't want noisy people and absolutely no house parties :))

Aufgrund eines Praktikums muss ich mein Zimmer für kurze Zeit vermieten. Mit mir wohnen zwei sehr nette und ruhige Mädchen, mit denen man abends in der Küche nette Gespräche haben kann. Während der Zeit, in der du hier wohnen würdest, wird eine Mitbewohnerin vielleicht auch ihr Zimmer vermieten, während die andere hauptsächlich im Urlaub sein wird. Die Wohnung hat ein Bad und eine ziemlich kleine Küche, wo man aber alles nötige finden kann (inkl Waschmaschine).
Die Wohnung ist ein Neubau und befindet sich im wunderschönen Regenbogenkiez, 15 Minuten vom Kudamm und umgeben von 5 verschiedenen U-Bahn-Linien (U2, U3, U4, U7, U9). Nicht einmal 5 Minuten zu Fuß entfernt ist der Prager Platz, mit verschiedenen Supermärkten, Spätis, dm und ein Fitnessstudio.
Wir sind suchen ein ruhiges und verantwortungsvolles Mädchen. Da wir ziemlich nervige Nachbarn haben, wollen wir keine laute Leute und absolut keine Hauspartys. Mein Zimmer ist mir sehr wichtig und es wäre schön, es in einem schönen Zustand zu finden :))
