I offer a very bright room in my cozy 55 sqm apartment in an renovated old building as it is typical for Berlin. The room is partially furnished (shelves, sofa, table), bare floorboards, high ceilings, balcony with view in the green and calm backyard and loads of light! Its a 2-person-shared-flat. You need to buy a mattress.

- close to subway U1 & U2 (15 min. to Kottbusser Tor, 30 min. to Warschauer Strasse)

Berlin Schoeneberg/close to Motzstrasse/U-Bahnhof Nollendorfplatz: Colorful District Schoeneberg close to Kreuzberg: You will live in a traffic-calmed area. This is a green, calm spot in colorful Berlin Schoeneberg between Winterfeldtplatz and Nollendorfplatz. Nevertheless you are not isolated from life/nightlife. Just around the corner you can find bars, restaurants, sunday-markets, supermarkets, organic-stores, Motzstrasse, parks, 24h-Shops (Spätkauf), subway stations to get quickly to the centre/to Kreuzberg/to Warschauer Strasse, saturday-markets, lovely little shops. For sure, you will feel comfortable here.
It is possible to extent the rent but I cannot tell right now. You can visit the room from 21st February 2022!

GERMAN VERSION
Ihr findet hier ein süßes kleines helles Zimmerchen mit Balkon in einer lichtdurchfluteten 55 qm Altbauwohnung mit hohen Decken und Dielen in einer sanierten Berliner Altbauwohnung. Die Wohnung befindet sich in einer ruhigen Ecke von Berlins buntem Schöneberg - direkt am Winterfeldtplatz.
Kurz Details zur gesamten Wohnung: Das Zimmer ist teilmöbliert. Es hat ein Sofa, Regale und einen Tisch. Du wirst aber eine Matratze kaufen müssen.
Das Bad hat Badewanne, Mosaikfliesen und eine Waschmaschine; die Küche ist geräumig genug, um darin zu essen während man aus dem Küchenfenster auf die mit Pappeln bepflanzte Allee hinaus blickt. Die Wohnung befindet sich in einer verkehrsfreien kleinen Allee, so dass der erholsamen Nachtruhe nichts im Wege steht.
Trotzdem ist die Verkehrsanbindung sehr gut: U1, U2, U4, U3, Bus19. In 5 Min. am Bahnhof Zoologischer Garten; in 15 Min. am Kotti; in 25 Min. an der Warschauer!
Supermaerkte oder Biomaerkte gibt es direkt um die Ecke! Bars, Restaurants, Cafés ebenso. Kleine niedliche Laeden sind zahlreich vorhanden. Man kann zwischen Klamottenlaedchen, Weinlaeden, Esoteriklaeden oder kleinen, privaten Second-Hand-Laeden waehlen.
Berlin Schoeneberg/nahe Motzstrasse/U-Bahnhof Nollendorfplatz: Der bunte Bezirk Schöneberg nahe Kreuzberg: Schöneberg ist ein bunter Bezirk, in dem man verschiedenste Menschen antreffen kann. Es gibt Samstagsmärkte und kleine, niedliche Lädchen und vieles mehr. Ihr werdet euch in jedem Fall pudelwohl fühlen.
Ihr könnt das Zimmer ab dem 21.2.22 besichtigen.
