Das Zimmer ist ca. 15 qm groß und hell.
Es ist ausgestattet mit: Hochbett, Sofa, Schrank mit Spiegel Regale und und Fenster mit einem Brett davor, sodass es quasi ein kleines Balkon ist!!! ;)
Das Fenster geht zu einer verkehrsberuhigten Straße raus.
Die sanierte Altbauwohnung ist mit ca. 110qm bei drei BewohnerInnen sehr groß und hat überall schönen Dielenboden.
Die Küche ist voll ausgestattet mit Sofa, Spülmaschine, Kaffeemaschine und sonstigem...
Waschmaschine und Platz im Flur zum Wäsche aufhängen sind auch vorhanden.

Single room with 15m^2, containing a double bed, a couch, a wardrobe and shelves. it's quite light and it has a nice view on a quiet street with no traffic. It even has a kind of a balcony (a high board close to the window ;) !)
Our apartment is fully furnished with all you need: coffee machine, washing machine, dish washer....
Die Lage ist optimal: Die Ubahnstation Nollendorplatz (U1, U2, U3, U4 und Busse) ist mit 2 Gehminuten zu erreichen. Man ist sowohl schnell an allen Unis (UdK, TU, FU,HU...) in Mitte, als auch in Kreuzberg.
In der Wohnung, welche in einer verkehrsberuhigten Straße liegt, ist es trotzdem ruhig.
Tiergarten ist 5-10 Joggminuten entfernt.
Kaisers, der 24/7 offen hat, liegt direkt um die Ecke, Lidl und Penny sind 5 Gehminuten entfernt.
Auch der Winterfeldplatz, wo es mittwochs und samstags Markt gibt, ist gleich um die Ecke.
Am Nollendorgplatz gibt es unzählige Restaurants, Dönerbuden, Bars, Cafés etc....
Zum Joggen kann man direkt zum Tiergarten laufen.

It's located centrally, well connected to the HU, FU, TU and UdK. The underground station is called Nollendorfplatz (U1,U2,U3,U4) and from there you can go to Kreuzberg, Mitte etc.
There are various places to shop (Kaisers 24/7 open) or to eat (kebab, restaurants, pizza...).
If you'd like to go jogging you can go to tiergarten.
Da unsere tolle Mitbewohnerin Marie für ein Paar Monate nach England verreist, suchen wir jemand Nettes für diese Zeit :)
Wir sind eine gemischte (Marco ist berufstätig, ich studiere), liebe, lustige und hilfsbereite WG.
Sauberkeit ist uns ziemlich wichtig, wir haben auch einen kleinen Putzplan ;)
Marco ist Ernährungswissenschaftler, spielt Fußball, kümmert sich viel um die Wohnung und hilft sehr gerne Mal, wenn etwas Handwerkliches erledigt werden muss.
Ich (Nataliya) studiere Bildende Kunst a der UdK und Mathematik an der FU. Ich spiele gerne Klavier, gehe gerne (Swing-) tanzen, Joggen :)
Ich würde das WG-Leben als sehr ausgeglichen beschreiben. Wir haben alle viel zu tun, so sehen wir uns auch mal 1-2 Tage nicht, aber wenn wir alle Zeit haben, quatschen wir in der Küche oder unternehmen was zusammen :)

Because our flat mate Marie is going to England for some months, we look for a nice person to live in her room during that time.
We are a open-minded, nice and funny WG.
Tidiness is important for us, we even have a cleaning rota.
About us:
Marco already works in the nutrition field, likes soccer and is a funny and helpful man.
I study art and maths, like playing piano, dancing (swing), jogging...
If we have time, we hang out in the kitchen and have a beer or meal together :)
