The room is quiet spacious and bright. The room contains:
Bed with mattress and sheets, night table, shelf, clothes rail, shelf board, curtains, roller blinds, table, chair, drawer, shoe drawer, shelf, couch table, office shelf. As seen on the pictures.
Washing machine, dishwascher, stove, oven, microwave and kitchen supplies are shared. The bathroom has a bathtub and a shower. The flat has a big kitchen with dining table and sofa.
You will get a seperate shelf to store your groceries.
Die Wohnung liegt im Herzen der Stadt und ist hervorragend an die öffentlichen Verkehrsmittel angebunden. Die U1 Station Kurfürstenstraße ist direkt vor der Haustür. Die Stationen Nollendorfplatz und Bülowstraß sind fußläufig in 5 min erreichbar. Von hier aus fahren U2, U3, U4. Außerdem fahren noch viele Busse von der Potsdamerstraße aus, die in 2 min erreichbar ist. Die S-Bahnstationen Yorckstraße und Potsdamerplatz sind mit dem Fahrrad in 5 min erreichbar. Der Fernbahnhof Zoologischer Garten ist in 7 min mit dem Fahrrad erreichbar.
In der Gegend rund um die Kurfürstenstraße viele Kunstgallerien. In der Potsdamerstrasse, die fussläufig in 2 min erreichbar ist findest du:
Rewe, Döner, Pizza, Chinesisches Fastfood, Woolworth, 1 Euro Laden, türkischer Supermarkt, Friseure, Burger King, Beauty Salon, Commerzbank, Apotheken, Fahrradgeschäft... etc.
In der Straße gibt es leider auch Straßenprostitution.
Der Kudamm und der Potsdamerplatz sind mit dem Fahrrad innerhalb von 5 min erreicht. Die Bezirke Neukölln, Kreuzberg, Friedrichshain, Wilmersdorf, Charlottenburg sind mit den öffentlich sehr schnell erreichbar.

The flat is located very central. The underground station U1-Kurfürstenstraße is located directly in front of the house. Furthermore the underground lines U2, U3, U4 are departing from Nollendorfplatz which is a footwalk away. Also several busses are departing from the nearby Potsdamerstraße. The big stations Potsdamer Platz and Zoologischer Garten can be reached in several minutes via the underground or by bike.
A plus is the great infrastructure of the area. You have: supermarket, kebap, pizza, chinese fastfood, woolworth, 1 euro shop, türkish supermarket, barbers, burger king, beauty salon, bank, pharmacy, bicycle store etc.
Unfortunately there is also street prostitution.
The districts Neukölln, Kreuzberg, Friedrichshain, Wilmersdorf, Charlottenburg can be reached very fast with the public transport.
