It is approx. 13m2. It includes a bed 140x200cm, a wardrobe, a chest of drawers, shelves, a smal desk. The apartment has 81m2 and 3,5 rooms - I use 1,5 rooms, one as a sleeping room, one as home office. There is a quiet "breakfast"-balcony (East) with view on a small parc.
It is located on the 3rd floor.
The kitchen is equipped. Favoring deceleration, there is a French press instead of a coffee machine and no microwave. I gave away the last one since I did not use it.
The 2 TVs are gone too. I am thinking about buying one but I rarely watch TV. So the perfect environment for studying. ;-)
The area is quiet but the street is quite large and there are 2 pics of traffic in the day. At night there is a speed limit (30km/h).
There is a Lidl (supermarket) and a Nah und Gut (small market) at 7 minutes walk, an Aldi at 10 minutes walk.
A bus (246) stops in front of the building, and there is another bus stop (187) at 5 minutes walk.
The next S-bahn station Friedenau (S1) is at 10 minutes walk. You can also reach the S-bahn station Priesterweg (S2) in approx. 15 minutes walk or in a few minutes with the bus 246.
About me: I originally come from France, I am 53 years old and I am working as a freelance translator. I do not smoke and although I am not 100% vegetarian, I mostly eat vegetarian at home. There is no pet at home although I like animals. I use my bike to move through the city. I speak FR, DE, EN (a little bit rosty).
I would described myself as a quite quiet person still with interest for foreign cultures, travels, photography, music, everything that makes life enjoyable.
I try to live with respect for the environnement and take care about our ressources.
Rental costs: 440,00 euro/month, deposit of 250,00 Euro. An advanced payment of 50,00 euro is expected - not refundable if you cancel your visit. The rest is payable by arrival.
The price includes electricity, water, linen and towels (if you want). A responsible consumption of resources would be appreciated.
The room is only for single occupation (1 person).
Availability
From September 15th to November 30th - From September 1rst also possible.
I would be glad to share the aparment with someone with the same affinities, young or old, black or white, gay or straight... but clean, well-balanced and positive thinking. No "duties" like cooking or going out together.
No party in the apartment (sorry about that I am an early bird).
