I am going on holiday and I am looking for someone nice to take over my room for that time. It is fully furnished (bed, cupboards, desk). It has a balcony.
The rest of the flat (kitchen and bathroom) is furnished and ready to move in.
The flat is very well located at the crossroads between Postdamerstraße and Yorkstraße. Many buses, Metros, and trains are to be found in only a 5 min walk. Equally, there are many supermarkets, cafés, and restaurants. Although there is an active life happening outside the flat, the inside is calm, because the flat is rather turned into the inner yard is calm Going out in Kreuzberg, Neunkölln or Postdamerplatz is pretty easy.
This is a good place for short-term visitors or those trying to settle in Berlin.
A visit online or on-site is possible.
The flat itself is very well located. It is close to Potsdamer Platz, Kudamm, well Berlin center, and most tourist attractions. Many buses, Metros, and trains are to be found in only a 5 to 8 min walk ( u2, u7, S1, S2) which will take you to everywhere you wish to go in Berlin. There are several shops (Lidl, Rewe, Edeka, Turkish, Indian, Asian, Afro shops, hairdressers, restaurants etc.) In the surrounding. Going out in Kreuzberg, Neunkölln or Postdamerplatz is pretty easy. Although there is an active life happening outside the flat, the inside is calm, because the flat is rather turned into the inner yard is calm. To make it short this is the perfect location for people visiting Berlin, wishing to experience as much as possible from Berlin and have a nice and quiet place to rest; or a good transition place for people looking for long-term housing contracts.

I am currently away but in the flat leaves Sonia, a student. I will describe us as calm. We do not have parties in the flat.
We are respectful and friendly to each other. We like doing things together but each one gets to have its private sphere.
Most important for us is tidiness and acceptance (no racist or discrimination adept)!
