Das Zimmer ist in einer charmanten Wohnung zum Wohlfühlen: 22 m2 großes Schlafzimmer mit zwei großen Fenstern zum Innenhof (man kann also Nachts das Fenster beim Schlafen offen lassen ohne Straßenlärm) und Fischgrätparkettboden. Es ist nicht möbliert (die Möbel auf den Fotos kommen raus), Du kannst also Dein eigenes Bett, Kleiderschrank etc. mitbringen.
Die Zimmeraufteilung ist perfekt für zwei Berufstätige. Wohnzimmer, Flur, Küche und Bad sind auf derselben Etage wie Dein Zimmer. Mein Zimmer und eine kleine Bürofläche sind auf der nächsten Etage und über die Wendeltreppe im Wohnzimmer zu erreichen. Wir haben also beide unsere Privatsphäre und trotzdem ausreichend Platz für WG-Time :)
Die Wohnung ist komplett saniert. Insbesondere das Bad und die Küche sind nigelnagelneu inklusive hochwertiger (und leiser!) Geräte. Die Gemeinschaftsräume sind komplett möbliert. Deko kommt in den nächsten Wochen, gern auch zusammen mit Dir. Ein geräumiger Keller gehört zur Wohnung den Du auch benutzen kannst.

The room is in a charming apartment to make you feel home: 22 m2 bedroom with two large windows facing the courtyard (so you can leave a window open at night without street noise) and hardwood floors. It is not furnished (the furniture in the photos will be removed), so you can bring your own bed, wardrobe, etc.
The apartment layout is perfect for two professionals. Living room, hallway, kitchen and bathroom are on the same floor as your room. My room and a small office space are on the next floor and can be reached via the spiral staircase from the living room. So we both have our privacy and still enough space for roommate time :)
The apartment is completely renovated. Especially the bathroom and the kitchen are brand new including high quality (and quiet!) appliances. The common areas are completely furnished. Decoration will be next, and happy to share space with your stuff. A spacious cellar belongs to the apartment, which you can also use.
Die Mikrolage bietet viel: der Crellekiez liegt um die Ecke, der Akazienkiez liegt auch in Fußdistanz. Der nah gelegene neue Park am Gleisdreieck ist praktisch für Sport, Freizeit und Erholung. Der Bereich um den Kleistpark ist in Schöneberg mittlerweile eine geschätzte Wohnlage, da sehr zentral gelegen. Von hier gelangt man schnell zum Potsdamer Platz und Mitte, der Kurfürstendamm ist nah und der Wannsee ist direkt mit der S1 zu erreichen. Generell ist die Anbindung an den ÖPNV bestens durch die Verkehrsanbindung mit U7, S-Bahn sowie den Buslinien 106, 187, 204, M48, M85 und N7.

Ich heiße Stefan und bin der einzige Mitbewohner. Ich bin 38 Jahre alt und jung geblieben :) Ich bin Umweltwissenschaftler und reise oft beruflich. Ich habe selbst viel in WGs gewohnt (zuletzt 11 Jahre in den USA) und bin entsprechend umgänglich. Ich koche gern (entweder allein oder zusammen), treibe viel Sport und interessiere mich was in der Welt so passiert.

I lived a lot in shared apartments myself (including 11 years in the US) and learned how to make it work well.
