Die Wohnung liegt zwischen U-Bhf Bülowstr und Nollendorfplatz und unweit vom Winterfeldtplatz. Die U-Bahnen U1, U2, U3, U4 und diverse Buslinien sind fußläufig erreichbar. Zudem sind die U7 und S1, S2 und S25 nur ein paar Minuten entfernt - kurzum perfekt angebunden!

Die Gegend bietet wunderschöne Altbauten, eine endlose Zahl an sehr guten Restaurants, Cafés und Bars, kleine schöne Läden, und große Supermärkte – Gida/Bolu, Edeka, Rewe, Alnatura, Lidl etc.

Und der erfrischende Unterschied zu anderen Berirken: Es gibt hier nur wenige Touristen.

The apartment sits between Bülowstraße and Nollendorfplatz U-Bahn stations and is very close to Winterfeldtplatz. U1, U2, U3, U4 and buses are all within walking distance. A little further but still in walking distance you will find U7 and S1, S2, S25 S-Bahn connection.

The area has super nice architecture (mostly Altbau), loads of restaurants, cafes, small shops and a big street market twice per week. You can find nice supermarkets, organic foodstores or also Turkish as well as Asian super markets.

And the rare exception in Berlin: not that many tourists!

Hallo! Ich heiße Arno, bin 36, Wirtschaftsingenieur/Chemieingenieur und wohne seit 7 Jahren in dieser Wohnung. Neben Berlin habe ich auch längere Zeit in den USA, Frankreich, und China gelebt und fühle mich in einem internationalen Umfeld zu Hause. Unter der Woche arbeite ich viel (bin Mitgründer eines Start-Ups für nachhaltige Energie), treibe Sport (Beachvolleyball, HIIT, Yoga) und verbringe Zeit mit Freunden. Zudem mag ich ausgehen (bars, techno clubs, open air raves organisieren), Filme schauen und ein ausgedehntes Frühstück am Wochenende oder verreisen.

Mit den meisten Mitbewohnern bin ich prima klargekommen und falls es doch mal ein Problem gibt, probiere ich das zügig zu klären. Ich versuche die Wohnung kontinuierlich sauber zu halten, putze einmal die Woche. Gäste sind kein Problem, aber bitte nur gute Freunde und vorher absprechen. Falls Zeit ist, treffe ich meine Mitbewohner gerne für einen Abendplausch zu Tee oder Bier, oder erkunde gemeinsam die Stadt! Aber kein Stress - ruhige Abende sind auch willkommen.

Hello! My name is Arno, I am 36, an industrial/chemical engineer and have lived in this apartment for 7 years. Besides Berlin, I have also lived in the US, France, and China for a longer time and feel at home in an international environment. During the week I work a lot (am co-founder of a sustainable energy start-up), do sports (beach volleyball, HIIT, yoga) and spend time with friends. In addition, I like to go out (bars, techno clubs, organize open air raves), watch movies and have an extended breakfast on the weekend or travel.

I get along great with most roommates and if there is ever a problem, I try to resolve it quickly. I try to keep the apartment clean continuously, clean once a week. Guests are no problem, but please only good friends and arrange beforehand. If there is time, I like to meet my flatmates for an evening chat for tea or beer, or explore the city together! But no stress - quiet evenings are also welcome.
