Hey all,
as I am moving out, my room needs a new friend to move in from 1st of February! About the flat: it's 3-person WG in Altbau. The main guy in the house is my lovely flatmate Patrick who's actually searching for two new flatmates now. My room is the bigger one of the two that are going to be free - around 25 m². It has a balcony which is fairly big too. The flat has been a WG for quite some time and haven't seen any renovations lately so it's not in a shiny new state but quite attractive. Painted wooden floors in the hallway and rooms. There is no living room (all three rooms occupied by someone) but the kitchen has worked as kind of a hanging out space where to chill together. The room faces Kolonnenstrasse. There is a church across the street that likes to ring its bells every now and then. But it's something that I barely notice anymore.
The room will be unfurnished. Unfortunately it is not available for couples.
About the location: closest S-bahn is Julius-Leber-Brücke (5min walk), U-bahn Kleistpark (10min walk), and 104 takes you directly to Neukölln in 15min from the front. Viktoriapark and Gleisdreieck are quite close. We have Edeka and Lidl more less directly next door. Kaiser Wilhelm Platz and Akazienstraße are also close.
About Patrick and the WG: Patrick is 28 years old and recently finished his studies. We've always been a laid back WG and we enjoyed each others company. We would like this WG to continue in the same spirit. Even though Patrick's 5+ years of wild party nights have more or less come to an end just lately, this has never been a party WG. And it also should not become one.
We think that details are best discussed in person and in a more relaxed atmosphere. Thus if you think you're a fit, please just send us an e-mail and tell us a little bit about you. We'd like to hear from you and we're already looking forward to meeting you!
Please notice that due to a high number of messages we might not be able to answer them all.
Best,
Patrick & Olli.
