Das Zimmer ist - wie im Titel schon steht - klein aber fein. Es liegt ruhig (und durch einen Baum geschützt) zum Hinterhof. Das Hochbett darin steht für euch bereit und eine Matratze ist ebenfalls dabei. Dadurch könnte ihr die volle qm im Raum für eure Möbel nutzen. Wenn ihr euch gerne noch etwas handwerklich betätigen wollt, bietet der Raum ebenso einige Möglichkeiten, ihn zu "eurem" Zimmer zu machen. Kreative immer gerne gesehen.

The room is - as the title already says - small but nice. It lies quietly (and protected by a tree) to the backyard. The loft bed in it is ready for you and a mattress is also included. So you could use the full sqm in the room for your furniture. If you would like to do some more handicraft, the room also offers some possibilities to make it "your" room. Creatives always welcome.
Die Lage an der Yorckstraße (gegenüber dem Hellweg-Baumarkt) ist ohne Übertreibung perfekt. S- und U-Bahn sowie Bushaltestelle sind in 1 Gehminute zu erreichen, ebenso mehrere Supermärkte (REWE, Bio Company, LIDL), ein Markt am Wochenende und einige nette Cafés. Eine Haltestelle entfernt ist der Bahnhof Südkreuz für den Fernverkehr.

The location on Yorckstraße (opposite the Hellweg DIY store) is perfect without exaggeration. S-Bahn, subway and bus stop are within 1 minute walking distance, as well as several supermarkets (REWE, Bio Company, LIDL), a market on weekends and some nice cafés. One stop away is Südkreuz train station for long-distance traffic.
Du würdest zusammen mit Jule und Oliver leben. Jule arbeitet als Web-Designerin viel von zu Hause aus und ist durch die Flexibilität gerne auf Reisen. Oliver arbeitet als wiss. Mitarbeiter an einem Politikinstitut, ebenfalls teilweise von zu Hause aus.
Das WG-Leben zeichnet sich vor allem durch ein entspanntes Miteinander und gegenseitige Rücksichtnahme aus. Da wir beide viel mit der Arbeit und anderen Dingen beschäftigt sind, dient die WG vor allem als gemeinsamer Rückzugsort. Hier soll sich jeder einfach wohl fühlen und gerne mit den Mitbewohnern einen Plausch in der Küche haben.

You'd be living with Jule and Oliver. Jule works as a web designer a lot from home and likes to travel because of her flexibility. Oliver works as a wiss. She works at a political institute, also partly from home.
The WG life is characterized by a relaxed togetherness and mutual consideration. Since we are both very busy with work and other things, the WG serves above all as a common retreat. Here everyone should simply feel comfortable and enjoy having a chat with the flatmates in the kitchen.
