ich suche nach einem Untermieter für das gezeigte Zimmer, ca. 16qm, teils möbliert (wenn erwünscht). Es ist eine 2-Zimmer-Wohnung im guten Zustand. Die Küche ist voll ausgestattet. Im Keller ist ausreichend Platz zum Rad abstellen. Supermarkt und Bus sind um die Ecke und Ubahn (U7) ist 5min bzw. U1, U2 und U3 15min zu Fuß entfernt.
Andere Läden und Cafes sind mit der Goltzstr. und Akazienstr. in 5-10min zu erreichen.
Du solltest Nichtraucher sein, offen und freundlich sein. Es sollte einfach mehr als eine Zweckgemeinschaft sein, d.h. mal ein Bier am Späti trinken, etc.. Schreibe einfach ein paar ehrliche Zeilen über dich, wer du bist, was du machst und wieso du hier einziehen solltest?
Schnell etwas zu mir: 31 Jahre, Student, im Sommer werde ich meine Masterarbeit schreiben. Ich mache sehr gerne Sport, esse gerne und viel und probiere kulinarisch viel aus.
Das Zimmer ist erst für 3 Monate. Sollte es zwischen uns passen, dann spricht nichts gegen eine Verlängerung.

I’m subletting the room shown on the pictures. It’s a 2 room flat, with a well-equipped kitchen. Supermarkets are around the corner, PT (Bus, U1-U4 and U7) are in walking distance. Cafes and shops you can find on Goltzstr. and Akazienstr. 5-10min
Only non-smoker, you should be open minded and friendly. Just write a few lines about yourself and why you should move in and not somebody else!
A few words about me: 31yrs, student, in summer I'm going to write my thesis. I enjoy to cook and to eat. I’m a big fan of culinary adventures and I’m quite sporty.
Contract would be for 3 months first, extension is possible.
