The room is furnished and has a balcony pointed to a turning bay of a quiet street. It has floorboards, high ceilings and is quit beautiful :)
Die Wohnung liegt in unmittelbarere Nähe des Innsbrucker Platz, an dem sich Stationen der Ringbahn, der U4 und zahlreicher Buslinien, wie z.B. der M48 oder der M85 befinden. Zudem liegt der S-Bahnhof Schöneberg nur 6min entfernt, an dem auch die S1 fährt. Direkt gegenüber befindet sich ein Bäcker, 3min weg gibt es einen Supermarkt und einen Späti zu erreichen. Im ansässigen Kiez befinden sich zudem nette Bars und Cafés, sowie ein Paar leckere Restaurants mit angenehmer Atmosphäre.
The apartement is very close to public transport, as the Circle Line, S1 and the U4. A supermarket, a Späti and a bakery are very close too and there are several nice bars and restaurants in the area around the apartement.
Mit in der Wohnung lebt auch noch mein Mitbewohner und langjähriger Freund Salim. Er ist ein sehr sympatischer und lustiger Zeitgenosse, der zudem auch noch die hohe Kust der Improvisationsküche beherrscht, von der man des öfteren verwöhnt wird.
My Roomate is a longtime friend, a funny and nice guy, which is also a good chef. Its always a pleasure to live and spend time with him. Always ready for some crazy shit.
