Dear all,
I am looking for a housemate in a two bedroom apartment at Winterfeldtplatz (Schöneberg). Located close to U-Bahn station Nollendorfplatz and supermarkets, bars and restaurant are nearby. The room is very bright and about 18m² with access to the balcony. The room is not furnished which allows for your creativity to unfold.
We share kitchen and bathroom, both equipped with all the necessary things (washingmachine, fridge, stove, dishwasher).
I am 33 years old and quite busy with my Master studies at Potsdam and my part time job. In the evening however I enjoy cooking or going out for a beer. I am looking for a flatmate with who I can cook sometimes, share a coffee in the morning or stay for endless discussions at the kitchen table. I try to live sustainable and with respect to the environment and society. For spring I have planned to refurbish the balcony and to grow some plants and vegetables. It would be great if you also like building and gardening. The room is available as of 1st October (or earlier) for 3 months try out period. If we get along and you like the room we can arrange for a longer period.
