Sadly i am leaving my current WG and am looking for a replacement to move in from 01/07 (possibly earlier).
The flat it's self is situated in an old style building 5 minutes walk away from Schöneberg S Bahn station (on the ring bahn) in a lively neighbourhood surrounded by interesting local bars, Spätis and good quality food (i'd especially recommend da Michele's pizza or Sahara Imbiss nearby). Also it's only a few minutes walk from Rudolph-Wilde Park which also has a connection on the U4 via U Rathaus Schöneberg.
The rent is here is 550€ a month warm and if you would like to move in before the beginning of next month we can work out a price based on the days left.
The room is roughly 25sqm with it's own private balcony looking out onto Dominicusstraße with more than enough room for plenty of seating. (I currently have a large sofa on there) Also the room will be left unfurnished but I am happy to leave the blue sofa from the picture and a mattress here at the new tenants request.
You would also be sharing the flat with 3 guys, all in their mid 20's, one of which is working on his PHD while the other 2 work full time, everyone in the WG gets along very well but also is respectful of one another's space.
