Das Zimmer hat 3 Fenster zum Hof und ist im 4.Stock. Es ist sehr ruhig und es gibt ein Queensize Doppelbett mit viel Stauraum darunter, ein Tisch und Stuhl.
Es gibt auch einen Wäschekeller um nasse Wäsche zum trocknen aufzuhängen. In der Küche ist eine Waschmaschine und eine Spülmaschiene.

In 3minuten ist am am Bayrischen Platz U7 und U4 oder bei der Bus Station Grunewald Str. wo der M46 fährt.
Es gibt Supermärkte Drogerien, Bars und Restaurants in näherer Umgebung alles in 5min erreichbar.
Auch das Rathaus Schöneberg und der Schöneberger Volkspark ist nah dran.
Es gibt 2 mal die Woche einen Wochenmarkt vor dem Rathaus wo man Gemüse aus der Region kaufen kann.

Dein Mitbewohner ist ein Koch aus Spanien und er kocht gern vegetarisch.
Sauberkeit ist uns sehr wichtig.
Auch sind wir keine Party wg. Dafür gibt es die Clubs in Berlin, die Party bitte nicht in die Wohnung bringen da im Haus auch ältere Menschen leben die ihre Ruhe haben wollen.
