The room it's HUGE. The ceiling is like 4mts tall and it's super bright. A couple can comfortably live here.
I'm taking the bed, I leave you the wardrobe and some other things. I might be able to get you a mattress if you need one. I'm also taking the couch and some other small stuff.
Since I'll leave the contract and you'll take over, we need to arrange what stays and what has to go ;)
Common areas: They are already fully equipped and you're of course welcome to use everything (kitchen and WC).
Schöneberg.. it's just lovely, sunny, clean and chilled. The flat is located very close to the U7 ubahn, Nollendorfplatz (ubahn and sbahn) and the M46 stops around the corner. There's an Edeka at 5 mins, Netto and Penny at 10 mins.

Martin (German, 35) is a CEO of a hospital in Brandenburg. Marius (German, 37) freelance engineer working at home nowadays. And Furkan (Turkish, 28) works at home because of corona in the IT sector.
There’s not too much social life, everyone’s pretty chill, respectful and clean, with the corona mode now everyone’s much more at home but normally everyone’s working all the time.
I'm moving out from this huge and awesome room because I got an apartment with my gf in another neighborhood, and I'm looking for a person that would be interested on taking over my official contract here in full for long term or sublet for short term.
The price of €675 has been calculated based on the size of the whole apartment per square meter + internet, energy, GEZ, etc. That means this is the warm rent and there won't be any extra monthly costs. When we moved in here, we paid €4050 as a kaution for the whole flat, which we divided by 3 (€1350 each), so in order for you to take over my contract in full I'll need this kaution, we can arrange some sort of payment plan if needed.
If you're interested on a short term sublet contract (1-2 months), we can discuss the specific terms of rent/kaution/etc.
